Family-friendly holiday rentals in Champniers

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation is very nice and very well-equipped. The outside is a real plus and the subdivision is quiet. There are many walks nearby and especially the body of water which is very pleasant ☺️ We recommend 100%

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

Nadine and Daniel are truly outstanding hosts! They went above and beyond to prepare everything for us, ensuring we had a seamless and enjoyable stay. We absolutely loved chatting with them and indulging in the delightful meals at Nadine's table. It was a warm and memorable experience that made our time in France incredibly special! If I could give more than five stars, I would, because five stars are simply not enough to convey how exceptional they truly are.

Claire and François are very friendly hosts. Their house is very nice and ideal for a family stay. The park around the house will delight the children!

Very nice week with family at Manoir Souhait. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos and described. Very nice pool and hot tub. Numerous deckchairs and impeccable. Everything is neat, you feel very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong. The village is very quiet and pretty. Shops are 10 minutes by car. The area is beautiful in the July sun. Geocaching trail (Terra Aventura) with family in Cognac, Aulnay, La Touche de Périgny, St Jean d'Angely - discovering old stones, beautiful Romanesque churches and rivers. Visit to wineries and vineyards (we particularly recommend the Dhiersat house in Rouillac). We recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, family rest. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable stay at the Manoir Sifflet, We had an absolutely magical time, the setting is exceptional, perfect for recharging. Between the sauna, the jacuzzi, the swimming pool and the children's games, everything is designed for relaxation and pleasure, for both adults and children! The hosts were adorable, available, and caring. You can feel that they put their heart and soul into providing a top-notch experience. No downsides to report. We'll be happy to go back!

Exceptional location with space for multiple families. Do something from the outside. We had a great time at the expansive facility. The housekeepers were very communicative and attentive. The interior is of course a bit bieder to the location but not without charm. The kitchen equipment can't keep up with the otherwise great facility. The bedrooms are exceptionally beautiful, the bedrooms have been placed on it, and it shows it. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a great experience.

We spent two nights in the large, well-equipped cottage for 8 people. Friendly welcome and comfortable bedding. The site is just incredible: river, waterfall, beautiful trees... And in addition, a swimming pool. Thank you for this weekend in the refreshing countryside.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rose's place in Villefagnan, for many reasons. Yvette greeted us, showed us how to use everything, and answered all my questions and requests for help. Rose's home is very comfortable. Top quality beds, pillows and linens, empty dressers so we didn't have to live out of a suitcase, a fully equipped kitchen, the list goes on. The beautiful backyard, with grass, flowers and cherry trees was our favorite place to spend a sunny afternoon. And the village of Villefagnan is wonderful, too. The town square is 2 houses away, and the patisserie is just across the square, so we had fresh croissants every morning. Two restaurants, a bouchère, a corner market, Tobac, and a pharmacy make up the rest of the village, everything you need. There are bike roads in every direction, so our dogs enjoyed long walks every day. The locals are friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back.

A beautifully curated house, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook, and the kitchen was the best equipped we have ever had in an Air BnB. The living room is comfortable and full of beautiful artwork, with a large smart tv. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the attic room is air conditioned which was welcome on hot days. The swimming pool was a little chilly but did not stop us enjoying it every day. The house is well located for exploring the region, but also perfect to stay at home and relax. Philippe and Catherine were very friendly and easy to communicate with, thank you!

We had a very pleasant week of vacation in the green Périgord. Marc is a warm and attentive host, he wants everyone to feel good, all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is clean, we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the greenery of the park and the pool. A week during which we also enjoyed the baguette and small morning croissants, as well as the restaurant tastings on the site! An invitation to relax with the possibility of walking and/or cycling on many arrow trails. A place to remember.

What a great house and great location! We loved our week here and would recommend to anyone considering it. We loved the pool, exploring the charente region, especially swimming in the Charente river at Chateauneuf-sur-Charente.

I had a great week at Tess and Luc's place. They are great people, the listing is as described, I would recommend it.

16 of us stayed for a week in le Chateau, ourselves, 5 children ,3 in-laws, 6 grandchildren and 3 dogs. We managed to sort out the sleeping arrangements to everyones satisfaction and it was so exciting to stay in such an old Chateau. The secluded situation provided ideal freedom for the children and dogs.We enjoyed fishing ( although failed to catch a carp), playing pool, games and the cinema room. The swimming pool was the main attraction for most especially the pool-party - celebrating a 10yr old birthday - comment from the 6yr old "it was the best day of my life" Other comments: "It was so lovely nothing negative except more mugs needed." "I thought it was brilliant, the chap who was on site was excellent" "Amazing accommodation and facilities, would definitely recommend . Relating to a review I read - not luxury but its authenticity offers so much more. Lovely places nearby if you can tear yourself away. So sad it was only one week.

Beautiful rental in a pleasant wine estate. The furnished apartment has very nice spaces both indoors and outdoors. Looking forward to staying there again.
