We have stayed with Karen before, and we had a great experience, so we stayed again while in town. The house is nice and neat. Karen is very responsive to any concerns.

We loved staying here! House was so cute and perfect for me, my fiancé, and our 2 dogs to stay for a night. Had a small issue at check in with the main door handle being locked, but owners were super responsive and came quickly to let us in. The yard was a tad overgrown so we couldn’t see the animal poop that our dogs ended up rolling in, but there was plenty of soap in the house to take care of it. Keep in mind the yard is not fully fenced if you’re bringing dogs. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and perfect for walking, and it was fun to look at all the cool and unique houses nearby. Would recommend and stay again!

We were in town for a wedding and needed a quiet place to stay. The listing was perfect and exactly as depicted. There are many stores within walking and driving distance. The check in process was easy and the space was spotless. It was a great stay.

This is a delightful home, with a comfortable layout and well-appointed kitchen. It's a fantastic renovation that preserves much of the original feel with nice updates for modern tastes, like lights in the cupboards. Highly recommended.

Loved the stay at Illinois Bungalow -The property was located in a safe neighborhood close to campus and was tastefully decorated to capture the Illini spirit. The house was very clean and things were neatly organized. The kitchen was well stocked with required pots & pans and dishes. The artwork and other items in the house made us feel cozy. Rachel is a very caring and thoughtful host and was very prompt in her communications. She provided clear instructions to check-in and check-out. Will definitely consider staying here again if we happen to be in the area.

This cape cod was simply awesome!! We were very comfortable and felt right at home. It was only 5 min from our daughter's dorm which was perfect!!!! Great location and host.

We loved this charming bungalow, which was perfect for celebrating my son’s college graduation. We were able to walk to commencement and avoid the traffic! The stylish kitchen was better than described and well appointed. We loved the long dining room table and drinking coffee in the porch. We loved the coziness, hardwood floors, and charm. Highly recommend this special spot for a special weekend with family or friends.

Liz was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and with all the amenities to be quiet and able to rest.

Great stay! We visited for about a week and my sister lives a few houses over so we used this airbnb as our “crash pad” and it was perfect for that. It’s in a great area with plenty that you can walk to- parks, the university, coffee shops, the library, etc. It’s an older house with a few steps and steep stairs to the basement so I’d be careful if you are on the clumsier side. Overall, nice house! We’d stay here again.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Tatiana’s house! We got there in a rain storm, easily got right in, and were transported into a beautiful, inviting and spacious home. Undoubtedly the kitchen was the gathering place for the entire weekend. All the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well, which is always a tell tale sign for a great stay away from home.

Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen. Updated bathrooms. Good common spaces as well. Very clean. Friendly host. Great location for visiting U of I campus and an easy walk to downtown Champaign.

This place was great. It was cute, clean and just like the description. The artwork was an added bonus. We cooked dinner and brunch in the kitchen and easily found what we needed. The location was fabulous. 3 minutes from the Virginia Theater where my daughter graduated and 4 minutes from Ko-Fusion where we ate afterwards. 6 of us stayed there with no problems. We drank coffee and wine on the front porch and we even brought our dog. She loved the fenced in yard. Wish we found this place sooner!

We were in town for graduation at U of I, and this house provided a great home base for us. Looks exactly like the pictures. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is amazing. The dining room, sitting room and sun room had plenty of room for our group of 7. The master bedroom is also much larger than expected, it was a great room. Wonderful historic home, would highly recommend!
