Very nice cottage with everything you need, the SPA is a plus! Very welcoming and friendly host! We had a great time!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Cottages Antoinette earlier this week. From the moment we arrived , we felt very welcome and comfortable. Check in was easy & flexible and Marco was there to show us round. The place itself was spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The views are stunning and it is greatly positioned between Epernay and Reims. We actually walked to a near train station (25 mins) and got the train to Epernay to enjoy some Champagne. Our cottage got some glorious evening sun on the terrace and we enjoyed the hot tub too. The EV charger was easy to use and readily available. This place is a real treat, don’t hesitate to book!

Absolutely outstanding! My typical airbnb reviews read something like... clean and well equipped and nice owner. Rest assured, the cottages are very well equipped , completely modern, and the hosts are WONDERFUL. Leaving an amenities focused review such a this for our recent Cottages Antoinette experience simply would not capture the spirit of how wonderful our stay was. This is truly a special experience in the heart of a special region in one of the world's great nations. Champagne houses within a minute walk. Ville Bakery and Restaurant reached with 2 minutes walking. Access to walking trails in the forest also accessible within 2 minutes of walking. Snuggles with Iggy (chocolate lab) and August (cat) readily available! Chilled Champagne and wines are stocked for purchase in the cottage. Completely silent at night with exceptional views from the bed, living room, and terrace that overlook champagne fields and, in the distance, Reims.

Very good stay in a really well located house to enjoy the lake and its activities. The terrace with lake view is superb, especially for the sunset! Well-equipped house (plenty of dishes, plancha) and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful house. We explored the area with a van. Epernay offers many opportunities to visit champagne houses. You'll be there in a minute! The Italian restaurant, Amici, is highly recommended. Please make a reservation in advance. In the direction of Reims is the champagne house Gardet. François can talk very enthusiastically about the process of making champagne. Afterwards, you will enjoy a tasting in the beautiful garden. Lunch tip in Reims: Sacre Brunch. back to the house: beautiful rooms, sparkling clean and two sofas to watch TV. Two clean bathrooms and 2 toilets. The house is in a quiet area. Carrefour nearby and bakery 5 min walk! The only point is that it can get quite warm in the rooms upstairs. It is good to take this into account, for example, by closing the shutters on a sunny day. There's no air conditioning. We look back on a fantastic stay!

Met our expectations

Great stay! The environment of the riverside accommodation is exceptional. Very good location to enjoy the activities offered by Port Dienville and close to the centers of interest of the Orient Forest Park. Jean-Luc welcomed us very pleasantly and gave us some good tips on local activities. He was also very responsive when we reported that the hot water didn't seem to be working. We would not hesitate to return during our future stays in the area!

We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing and enchanting stay and felt completely at home. The house, spacious garden, and pool were all beautifully presented. It’s a perfect oasis to relax and unwind. Thanks to Sarah’s helpful recommendations we enjoyed some amazing culinary delights and discovered some fabulous wineries. Thank you!

The location is great and the view is really beautiful, The accommodation is well laid out, The terrace allows us to make the most of the beautiful weather, and to enjoy the view, Communication with Mélanie and Fabien is great, very available. We kept the phone number for a future visit to the Der Lake

This gite is very nicely located when you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful stay in Ille de France. At the end of the road you’ll find this wonderful place. Frédéric is very helpful and friendly and always responds in minutes. He has nice tips for activities and sights to see. There is an excellent bakery within walking distance in Saints so you can get the full French experience with fresh croissants in the morning.

I had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house! The place is spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfectly clean when I arrived and I really appreciated the little touches left by the hosts. The village is quiet and pleasant, ideal for resting. I highly recommend this address and will gladly come back during my next visit to the region

Very well received on our arrival, Jean-Marc is very good advice. Ideal location in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the port with its various activities. Clean and very functional accommodation, parking space right next door. We'll be back!

Great stay at this property. Denise was extremely welcoming, available and thoughtful as soon as we arrived. The house is spotless: very clean, perfectly equipped. The space is bright and comfortable to live in. Ease of parking directly on site, a real plus to travel serenely. The location is ideal to fully enjoy the pleasures of Lake Der, with all the activities and beautiful scenery just minutes away.

Very nice New Year's Eve in the warm atmosphere of this house, including its large living/dining room and pleasant Lights. Frame/decor: ++ Cleanliness: ++ Amenities: ++ Bedding: + Notas: - Slightly noisy heat pump for one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor (winter) - Long fixed bench for one side of the long living room table: for agile guests. The other side of the table has chairs.

We had a great stay with friends at Claire's house. The house is spacious, has a beautiful terrace and lots of toys and some outdoor games. The house is at the end of a path, which offers a very pleasant calm.

Maurice is very welcoming and very friendly. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and very spacious. The terrace is lovely. Maurice responded to our various requests with responsiveness. We'll be happy to go back.
