Fantastic week stay at Julian and Jude’s cottage. Communication was excellent. We received a lovely warm welcome and that continued throughout the stay with suggestions and recommendations of places to visit and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the hot tub and pool were absolutely excellent in a superb location. Thank you ever so much Julian and Jude, all the best for a relaxing retirement! X

We had a great time staying at this extraordinary place! The treehouse is luxuriously equipped with toilet and shower and it is wonderfully quiet. Also the environment is very worthwhile and Selma gives good tips (e.g. restaurants). We would book it again at any time:-)

The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived with little extras like toiletries (toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo...) The place is quiet and peaceful and the hosts are discreet. If you are looking for relaxation with beautiful visits to the Loire castle, I recommend it.

We had a great time at Christophe's place. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the location to visit the castles of the Loire and the amenities (especially those for our baby as if we were at home and the hot tub that allowed us to rest well)! We recommend it without hesitation!

Very well-equipped cottage, in an old outbuilding renovated with great taste. The hostess provides a perfect welcome, she is full of good tips for visiting the area. Recommended without hesitation.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house in the region of Athee sur Cher. The house is comfortable and modern and al facilities are there. The jacuzzi was a great extra! The host Alexandre and his family put a lot of effort in making the house neat and comfortable and providing us with information about the stay and advice for trips. The house is located at a beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and a great view. A lot of activities are nearby such as great castles of the Loire valley, great cities as Amboise and Blois and fun activities to do with children in nature or activity parks. The house is great to stay with a family with children. We felt really welcome, there is a lot of space and facilities in the house. If you want a relaxing stay but also enjoy the Loire valley,I would really recommend this house!

For all those who are looking for a special lovingly furnished "cave accommodation" in nature where nothing is missing during the stay, a clear recommendation! We were there for 3 days and did a lot of activities (castle visits, canoe trips, wine tastings,...) and the children were very excited about living in a grotto. Many thanks to Carole & David for letting us use their "nest".

Chantal’s place was beautiful. Lovely furnishings and decor. The view was unbelievable and both rooms were equally comfortable. The sound of the Loire going under the bridge lulled you to sleep. The quality of the bedding was top notch! We enjoyed meeting Chantal and loved her energy. Highly recommend!

Laurent is a very welcoming and friendly host, the apartment is nice and consistent with the description. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center of Tours, quickly accessible on foot.

Beautifully renovated quirky old house in Amboise. Central but quiet, minutes on foot from everything you want to see in Amboise. Clean and furnished well enough. The host was amazing, clear instruction, pro-active, and super helpful! We forgot something expensive in the house when we left and they agreed to post them back to us! Thank you so much Alexandra! Not a house for you unfortunately if you have mobility issues, the bedrooms are either downstairs or upstairs. Stairs are a bit steep (lovely old house quirk🤷‍♀️). We couldn’t find washing machine soap, but I had brought washing machine pods (in case you are planning a long stay). There is a drier as well, which you will find takes a long time to dry, but is a luxury in Europe. There is also a drying rack if you prefer. We had an absolutely lovely stay! Thanks again Alex!

This place was Spacious; very Spacious for just my husband and I. Loved It!! Walking distance for a lot of stores and restaurants. If You really want to treat yourself go to Le Reserve-it was amazing!! Get the Apple for dessert. Eating at and living near the Clock Tower and an easy walk to the Chateau d’ Amboise was perfect. Take a cold bottle of water if you’re walking to Leonardo Di Vinci’s home. It’s worth the walk, but it is a workout, especially with no Cold Water. The chime on the Clock Tower at the 1/2 hr made me smile. Reminded me I was in France every-time! I think it stopped at 6 pm daily. I would not only return I would live here!! Merci

Clean and well appointed accommodation. For a weekend with close family near the castle of Chenonceau and the zoo of Beauval, and a small lake with games just a stone's throw from the accommodation loved by our children.

Great welcome by our host in the accommodation, great location! What a pleasure to find some delicious homemade cake after our bike ride! Roselyne is adorable, very responsive and very helpful following an oversight on our part. It would be a real pleasure to go back!

Such an amazingly charming and well decorated restored French country farmhouse located in a beautiful setting. Kudos to Eliane for her incredibly warm reception, tasty sparkling wine, the best freshly made crepes we had ever eaten and delicious goat cheese to welcome us. She also suggested a fantastic local restaurant and even helped us with the reservation. Her suggestion for a local winery was also gratrly appreciated, the experience with the owner was outstanding. We highly recommend staying there and would definitely return in the future. Absolutely the best! In fact, her gorgeous home, attention to detail, generous assistance and otherwise respect for our privacy exemplify the gold standard of how all Air B and Bs should aspire to emulate perfection.

Ideal cottage for 2 families. Very well located and organized. We had a great weekend. We recommend it!

The house was spotlessly clean and in a fabulous location. Thick stone walls kept the rooms cool in the hot weather. Jean was extremely approachable and accommodated our wish for the pool to ourselves on our last day. Plenty of space for BBQ's, table tennis and boules. Neighbouring villages and towns all worth visiting and Azay Le Rideau for the restaurant's. Lovely winery nearby too - well worth a visit for a tasting! Thank you Jean - we had a great time.

Frederic is an amazing host and goes above and beyond the normal host responsibilities. He attended to all our needs, questions, and curiosities. His property is something quite special!

Patrick is a gracious host who greets you up on arrival in order to show you the amenities and how everything works. The property itself is lovely and the living spaces are all very clean, roomy and well decorated. Kitchen is well supplied with everything needed for cooking. The swimming pool, which we used in mid-May was special treat, warm and has a lovely view of chapel and town in the distance. There is but one thing which does not come across in the description of this space, which is that only one bedroom adjoins the living/dining/kitchen space. The 2nd bedroom is accessed via the 1st bedroom... or through the outside walkway, which in our case worked just fine with the lovely weather we had. May not be an issue if you are with your children, but with my in-laws this would have been very inconvenient if the weather was bad. So, other than that I can highly recommend Patricks place for a wonderfully cozy stay in beautiful French countryside close to numerous chateau.

Excellent stay in this haven of peace and nature in the middle of the Loire castles! Former sheepfold tastefully renovated, warm and spacious overlooking a terrace with a view of the horse meadow!!! Evelyne and Pierre are very welcoming hosts who love nature and animals, with a beautiful family estate full of life!

A very pleasant short stay. Sandra and her Family are very friendly and being in their garden is not disturbing at any time as we felt welcome. The accommodation is well located and allows you to go to the center of Tours easily. We recommend.

We were fortunate to spend several nights here on a family vacation in France. It is a charming space in a beautiful setting. The outdoor space was lovely and we used the pool several times and enjoyed our private terrace. There is also plenty of space for kids to run around and play. We used this as our home base for visiting several places in the Loire Valley. Aude was very friendly and responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend!
