We had a great time. The house is beautiful, large and comfortable. This corner of Ardèche is very beautiful. The rental is in a very quiet place without being isolated since the beach is 3 minutes' walk away and the city of Les Vans, nearby, is very lively. A special mention for the terrace and the birdsong! We'll be back!

this place is not only superb, but very quiet, and relaxing after time spent in the busier places. the pool of course, but also the terraces, BBQ, plancha, pingpong,. we don't see what's missing :-)

We would be very warmly and politely received by Sabine. The place was super clean and as shown in the pictures. The apartment is very quiet and Las Vans is about 10-12 minutes' walk away with many delicious restaurants. Sabine also has a super informative book, in which you will find business opportunities and some restaurant recommendations in the area. Sabine was always available and responded very quickly. We were able to spend a super nice and quiet vacation at Sabine's. Absolutely recommended. We would book with Sabine again immediately 😇☺️

We had a wonderful week! In our opinion, the listing was even better than described. Authentic house and which is in a hamlet with lots of charm. Parking was available nearby. We and our dog were greeted by our hosts who are really very friendly. The accommodation is perfectly located, swimming is great and accessible on foot. Despite the outside heat, the house stayed cool both day and night. We'll be back with great pleasure!

Good view frame. Suitable accommodation faithful to the photos. The only downside is the presence of a spider's web with a phobia of these little animals... But otherwise everything was perfect. The mom is very nice, a nice welcome.
