We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

Marion’s place was lovely. Spacious and had everything one could need. Particularly comfortable were the bathroom and bedrooms. Marion was very respectful and kept in touch just the right amount to let us feel like we could reach out at any time. The area is very quiet but within a short distance of many of the best parts of the sunny coast. Great birdlife along the flood plain area that surrounds it. Thanks again to Marion for the nice little spot to hang our hats during our stay!

Lovely location on the river, and great sunset from the spa. We did have an issue with setting in the spa but we googled it and managed to fix it and dont forget to check the fridge on the roof top is on. Easy check in and good value for money. Very roomy and the beds were vey clean and comfortable. We will be back next year. Keep in mind there is a 4 story stair climb to this unit.

Location was brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, and the facilities at the accommodation were impressive. Everyone that stayed could not fault it. Would highly recommend to anyone. Our extended family of six adults and a toddler had a truly wonderful stay at Aui's place. The unit was not only spotless but also beautifully presented, exactly matching the photos. Its location proved incredibly convenient, with a quick 3-minute drive to the Sunshine Plaza. We highly recommend this property and are already looking forward to our next visit!
