Our cozy cottage is situated alone and beautifully on the edge of a hamlet near the “Hölle” nature reserve in the front Bavarian Forest. Its unique charm offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation, both indoors and on the terrace or in the garden. The area invites you to hiking or cycling trips, excursions, to the Bavarian Forest or even to Regensburg. So, let yourself be surprised. We look forward to seeing you soon.

We offer you a freshly furnished bungalow half with 53 square meters, two queen-size beds, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a sun terrace. Including parking space next to the apartment. Powerful WiFi (5G) included. Pets such as dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash in the common areas.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
