My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

It also has a terrace of about 50 m2 with views over the beautiful rolling landscape of the limousine.

Bedding for 2 adults. Sheets, towels, tea towels, cleaning products provided. the village has a train station (Limoges/Périgueux axis) located a few minutes walk from the cottage. I can pick you up by car.
