This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

Reims - 45 minutes by TGV from Marne la Vallée train station. It will only take you about ten minutes on foot to visit one of the most renowned Champagne houses in Reims, and then relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. The pleasant living space, the patio out of sight, the hot tub, everything is done here to have a good time with family or friends.

Les Magnolias 5 min from Lake Der

This stylish place to stay is perfect for friends and families, with a warm and comfortable setting, but also for business stays. 5 minutes from Lake Der, 10 minutes from St Dizier and 15 minutes from Vitry-le-François.
