Amazing experience!!! The staff provided exceptional service, going out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. We were treated with such warmth and hospitality that we truly felt pampered. The villa was exactly as pictured-beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. Each morning began with a fresh, delicious breakfast, and dinner was available upon request, adding to the convenience and luxury of our stay. The team paid close attention to every detail, arranging soothing in-house massages and curating tours based on our interests so we could discover the best of the area. It was a peaceful, relaxing experience from start to finish-truly one to remember.

The location is great. Mr.Big is really nice and he also provides city tour, trip activities and tickets booking services

It was a great experience that stay at here. The location is excellent. I can easily get to the convenience stores and a lot different types of restaurants with great reviews. The room is well organized and clean. The appliances are in good conditions. Overall is great and I highly recommend this place.

Except for a few small things, everything was as hoped for. The contact person for everything around the house Ivan was always available and immediately provided help and support. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

Villa is not quite new, I would estimate somewhat 10~15 years old. Yet in a perfect condition. Staff is instant response and professional, no delays, no nervous things. Location and view is superior on top of the hill, exceeding those on top floor of tallest Patong hotels. Beach is somewhat 7 minutes walk. 24/7 free tuc-tuc included to/from the gate, and it takes about 2 mins. Villa is definitely expensive, but worthy. Keep up good job guys, thank you 👍

June 2025 - Great place and host . We stayed there recently for 5 days with a group of 4 families . Villas is a prefect place who wants a peaceful location little further out from the city hustler and into the nature . We are vegetarians thus the stacked kitchenette was really helpful. Strongly recommend

Katrina was a wonderful host. Due to torrential rains and flooding in Phuket on the day of our arrival, the house we had originally booked was sadly flooded. Katrina organized for us to have a different (larger) house in approx the same area, and for the same price. We are grateful for her organizing! We have all really enjoyed our stay, and the kids (age 9 to 17) really enjoyed the pool. Luck, the property manager, was sweet and helpful, and we had all we needed. Thanks!

The view of the house is definitely more beautiful than the photos, it is a two-story clean, tidy and pleasant house and our host is a very kind person. The only negative aspect of the house is its location because it is located on a slightly steep slope, but for such a view the house needs to be located a little higher. Definitely recommended

The apartment is truly spectacular and Jariya and her team were super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was everything as promised - with the views maybe even exceeding the photos. Jariya and team were always available - right from helping us organise transport to the villa, ensuring we were settled in, local taxis whilst staying, organising trips and finally transport back to the airport. I would also recommend the private chef option as the food was really amazing! We had a fabulous time and would very much recommend. As others have said, the hill is very steep but there are lots of taxis/tuk tuks which will get you home for just a few £s - the views are more than worth it !
