Perfect experience! Everything was as advertised, even more. First of all, communication with the host was timely, active and without delays. We managed to find the place with no issues at all. Arriving at the house was a breeze, and felt right like at home. AC was up to the task battling with extremely hot Greek summer (38oC !). Shower and all other amenities were perfect. We were also able to use the provided washing machine and this solved our troubles as we were arriving there from a previous stay which did not offer that. The place is very calm, just 6km from Sami town which is port connection from Patras and offers amazing options for local restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. The most important is that it is just in the middle of the island, providing the opportunity to easily approach any other location without the need to drive long distances. High recommendation for families, group of friends or even lonely stayers! Couldn't ask for something more.

We were very lucky to spend a week in Kostas' fantastic beach house and what can we say... It was more than a stay, it was an arrival. Kostas is not just a host, he is a person with a heart, where you can feel from the first moment that it is his vocation to make life more beautiful for others. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired. well thought-out, lovingly furnished, in a perfect location. There's nothing missing. And yet it gives so much: peace, beauty, closeness to nature and this rare feeling of a real home away from home. We enjoyed the island, the light, the sea and this accommodation to the fullest... a week full of lightness, sunshine and grateful silence. If there were 10 stars, we would give them. And come back. Absolutely.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Feri was a wonderful hosts to us, very responsive and her mother was the sweetest, and helpful lady. The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern; everything is like brand new. The location is very close to the beautiful Myrtos Beach, and all east & west north areas. We definitely recommend this place for a nice and quiet staying. Thank you Efi for your hospitality.

Amazing house in a great location. Peaceful mountain/Sea view, ideal place for holidays with tranquillity and relaxation but also very close to everything you need. Very well equipped. Katerina was a great hostess to us starting from the beginning of our trip, very helpful and super friendly. We had a great time and we will be back for sure! Thank you again!

We had a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the view of Sami, the sea and the mountains and loved the relaxing sounds of the goats that occasionally wandered around. The host was very quick to respond and gave good advice. The kids enjoyed the pool. We advise this house for its location as it's nicely situated centrally on the best part of the island, which saves you a lot of time if you want to do excursions to many interesting places.

Antonis and his place are a delight in every way - perfect location, stunning view, comfortable, immaculately clean, peaceful, could not ask for a kinder, more responsive, and thoughtful host who went out of his way to care for guests. We had a wonderful stay in the villa. Everything was perfect! We particularly loved the heated pool and bbq area. Essentials were supplied in the fridge for our first night which was very helpful and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The villa is cleaned daily and sheets changed every 3 days. Beautiful view from the terrace. Convenient location- a great base for exploring the island. We will definitely be back again!

This was the perfect holiday home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the infinity pool was perfect and used every day. Relaxing on the sun beds and reading our books with a panoramic view of the sea was perfect. Although our stay was only a week, the villa was cleaned and all towels replaced half way through our stay. Pool towels were provided and good quality shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms. The air con was efficient and quiet. Gerasimo was the perfect host, responding to any queries efficiently and pleasantly. We appreciated the welcome gifts and especially the delicious baklava baked by Gerasimo's wife and delivered on our last day. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and this was the perfect villa to enjoy it from.
