The house is the ground floor of a two-floor building, it has two individual entrances, as well as a free parking area in the driveway.

They are centrally located where you have easy access to a mini supermarket and a great restaurant (Petrino). There are walking trails that leads you to quiet a few beaches and lots of exploring.
