You have access to the entire second floor with a separate entrance,three bedrooms, a huge hall, a kitchen with a bathroom and a balcony. Each bedroom has panoramic sea views from each bedroom. All bedrooms have two comfortable beds with the option to add one more bed. + In the hall, the corner folds out and turns into a bed for two! and a smart TV with a flat screen.

Апартаменты с одной спальней , гостиной ( раскладывающийся просторный диван) и кухней, а так же с просторным балконом с видом на море ,расположены на огороженной территории комплекса с несколькими бассейнами, детскими спортивными и игровыми площадками. Расстояние до моря не более 100 метров. На пляже имеются шезлонги и полотенца. Так же на территории комплекса несколько ресторанов на любой вкус и аквапарк. Идеальное место для отдыха всей семьей в 12 км от ж/д вокзала Батуми.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The place was perfect. The apartment was cosy, really made us feel at home. The interior was really nice and interesting. It was really clean, there was everything we needed, from medicines to coffee maker. Giorgi is a great host, he offered early check in and let us stay for 3 more hours till our train. Thank you so much once again, dear Giorgi, we will definitely come back.

Sunland

I would like to thank Sophia, her mother, and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava, and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you and I will repeat the visit and advise everyone to visit the place 👍👍👍

We felt very comfortable with two families! It's a great place to relax. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The accommodation is nice and very well equipped. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the tangerine garden and the sea. The only small downside was the uncleaned wardrobes, which were stated as usable in the description. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay that I would travel back to anytime! Thanks to Elza and Murman for the wonderful time!!

A quiet oasis in Adjara

- There is a transfer from the airport. The hosts will be waiting with a sign immediately after receiving your luggage. - Private area (only you and owners). - A big kind dog. - Two beautiful cats. One is trusting, the other is cautious. - Optional: delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also really delicious pizza. - There is always the opportunity to ask the owners to buy something in the city for you (they brought me ice cream). - If you don’t have cash, don’t worry. The owners have a payment terminal. - On the third floor there is a hammock and two sun loungers under the roof. There are also sockets there - you can lie with a laptop or tablet. - The apartments themselves are very bright and clean, with everything you need. Ideal for long stays. - The center of Chakvi is ten minutes on foot. NOTES: - Nearby is a small bamboo grove. - On the street you can meet a cow and a calf. - The owners are also travelers. Ask about their adventures. Until we meet again. =]
