Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Appart de 28m2 au cœur du vignoble de Puligny Montrachet renommé pour ses grands vins . Une piscine est en cours de construction les extérieurs ne sont pas terminés mais vous pouvez vous baigner juillet, août avec Vue sur les vignes , l’accès se fait par la porte du garage à côté de l’appartement . Balades ,barbecue , boire un verre , trouver le calme et la tranquillité .Une boîte à clés 🔑 à disposition pour votre autonomie .Je vous souhaite un très bon séjour . Sandra.

Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

In a peaceful village of 200 inhabitants, between vineyards and Morvan, the small house offers an ideal location to visit Burgundy (28 km from Beaune, 28 km from Autun, 30 km from Chalon sur Saône, 1 hour from Dijon). Located 480 meters above sea level, the village of St Gervais sur Couches offers stunning views and is the starting point for multiple hikes or bike tours (possibility to store them in a safe place).

Iron and ironing table, washing machine in the apartment. Ideal for 2 people. Cleaning and disinfection according to strict protocol against covid 19.

THE GRANGE OF THE MEPART OF ST RUF

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
