Step into this charming 1917 historic apartment in the heart of Downtown! With 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, it’s perfect for 1 or 2 guests. Enjoy blackout curtains, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & dining table. As pictured, there’s a flight of stairs leading to your room. A restaurant/bar is downstairs, so some noise may be heard while open. They close Tues-Thur at 8pm, Fri-Sat at 9pm & are closed Sun & Mon. Traffic noise may also be heard. It’s a favorite with our guests and local gem!

Sweet Retreat

A great place for relaxation, enjoy some alone time or family time. Some new updates have recently been done to the Living room, Dining/Sun Porch area the lake view from inside the house is even better than before! There are two different shelters on the pier where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. You are driving distance from the state park where you can enjoy hiking. There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.
