The experience was excellent, from the reservation. Her host always communicated politely and clearly; access was extremely easy. There are no restrictions, so there is no problem with flexible check-in. The apartment is like in the photos or better, super comfortable, bright, close to everything. Definitely to keep in mind on my return to Asunción.

My stay was one night. It is a beautiful loft overlooking the bay, a quiet atmosphere and the bed is also very comfortable to rest from the best!

It was nice to stay here, I certainly got my money's worth. The apartment was slightly smaller than I thought, but ideal for one or two people to explore the area. There was always a guard so that no strangers could enter the building. The contact with the hist went very well.

Elizabeth and her staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This is a nice place (i.e. located in a hotel) in a safe and quiet area that's walkable (i.e. there is a 24-hour convenience store located three blocks away called Biggie, a home-made pizza restaurant one block up down the road, and a great outdoor restaurant/pub across the street). You can also walk to La Cuadrita in under 10 minutes. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and provide plenty of ambient light. The entire staff is friendly and attentive to whatever needs you may have (i.e. laundry service, any maintenance requests, etc.). They can also provide recommendations if you need anything. In short, we had a lovely experience and will frequent this place any time we are in Paraguay. To reiterate, lovely staff! Highly recommend!

I loved staying at this Aparthotel. The value for money is excellent, and the staff was always very friendly and attentive to any request. The whole place has that pleasant hotel aroma that makes you feel welcome since you enter. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean and with a super comfortable bed. I also had no problem with hot water, which is appreciated. Another advantage is its location: close to everything but in a quiet area. In addition, they have breakfast buffet, at the front, at night, a very good quality meat restaurant opens. I also recommend Viennesa, which is close by and great for everyday life. Honestly, it was a better experience than other Airbnbs in more modern buildings and supposedly better neighborhoods. I would undoubtedly repeat!
