Apartment holiday rentals in Chaco Paraguayo

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

We loved the depto, spacious, modern, and had all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Rentu's agents are very friendly and quick to respond, they are attentive to providing good service.

The place is very nice. If you like downtown, this is a great location. It's pretty quiet too.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

There were 3 of us and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is practically new and the views are lovely. It is well equipped and there is a 24-hour security guard. The rooms only have double beds, we wanted one with two small beds but it was not possible, so Beatriz put together a small folding bed that we did not use because the double beds were really very comfortable, we had no problem sharing the bed between two people. We always communicated with Beatriz by messages and although we did not meet her, she was very friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood. We definitely recommend it and would go again.

Fer is a super friendly person, responds quickly and solves everything you ask for! We felt very comfortable in the condominium! It's SUPER safe and there's a lot to do. We regret not making more of our stay.

This is a pretty comfortable apartment. Location is very good, I went to 'Shopping del Sol' multiple times on foot (8 minutes walking distance). The people working for the building are extremely nice and helpful. I recommend 100% staying at this place.

The apartment is very nice, equipped with all the amenities you may need, the location is very good, minutes from the shopping area in Asunción, very safe to leave the vehicle and quiet.

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – amazing value for the price. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and everything worked as expected. The location is ideal – a 15-minute walk to the old town, with a huge supermarket nearby. The lift was quick and reliable, and the security guard downstairs was lovely – he even helped us get SIM cards for our stay. Nicolás, the host, was responsive and proactive, offering useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The only downside was that the showers didn’t drain properly, leaving both bathrooms wet throughout our stay. Not a major issue, but really quite annoying nonetheless! Overall it’s a great base for exploring Asunción. We’d happily stay again.

Yasmin was amazing—so responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. On top of that, she is an awesome realtor, which was a bonus! The best accommodation I've ever found on AirBNB. As a Brazilian, the first time I was abroad, I thought I would have difficulty with the place and communication. Txema was an amazing host. Despite not speaking Portuguese fluently, he was very efficient in communication, as well as very kind and thorough in all information. Always attentive and helpful, he helped us a lot with all kinds of directions Your apartment is impeccable, very well decorated and pleasant! There's nothing to talk about! It's perfect! Great beds, super hot showers, everything new and very neat! A 10! Anyway, impeccable accommodation! I recommend it to everyone who is interested in visiting Asunción and its surroundings because the location is very strategic, and it is not far from anything.

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.
