Excellent service and friendliness

Great place in a quiet area of Asuncion but not far from the center. Astrid was really kind and welcoming!

Astrid is an excellent hostess, always catering quickly. The accommodation is as per the listing. we had a very good time in the stay. In front of the house there is a candy store with wonderful ice cream. I would definitely settle back with Astrid.

The property is just great, the location by the river is overwhelming. I particularly liked the kindness and attention of the hosts. Since I didn't have any groceries on my arrival, Hipólito took me to the nearest supermarket and showed me the city on a small walk on the Moto. Whatever I needed, Hipólito and Marta got it. - However, you should have a good repellent against the numerous mosquitoes.

Great stay in Asuncion. The place is just as described, shared spaces with other guests. The room was clean and our private bathroom as well. The host was flexible for check-in which was very convenient for us as we arrived with an early bus. The breakfast is quite light (a sandwich and coffee) but is highly appreciated. The location is a bit far from the historical center, but still walking distance (20/25min). We had a small issue with the laundry as one of our clothes came with a spot that changed color a little bit and we almost lost one item (we retrieved it in a different location and it wasn't washed). Other than that, everything went well so we recommend the place.

Great stay and communication. We only spent one night, but the bed was wonderful, huge and good pillows, the bathroom was across the hall and it wasn't a problem. Beautiful outdoor area. I recommend it! We had to leave early and had sandwiches ready for us ❤️

Jorge's accommodation is as shown in the photos. A very comfortable accommodation, with indoor parking, with shops nearby and excellent service. The building manager, is always on the lookout for your well-being. I would come back without hesitation.

Excellent apartment, spacious, with a nice balcony. The location is excellent, in a quiet place and close to many places of interest such as the Mariscal and Villa Morra shopping malls, the food court, etc.

Great location with all conveniences nearby, peaceful neighborhood, apartment counting with every appliances, worth the money!

The place was absolutely great super well-located and very well looked after. There’s a supermarket right across the street, and they run a beautiful restaurant downstairs with amazing food! Marcos and his wife are lovely, friendly people who were always happy to help with anything we needed. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and conveniently located place. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much, guys!

Nice apparment, pool and gym in the building, close to the shopping

If you're looking for an opportunity to experience the outback of the chaco natural park, don't hesitate to come here and stay on the authentic farm. There's the possibility to arrange pick up service, to enjoy lunches and dinners on site and to book many different activities with them. The hosts are also very friendly and quick to respond!

Graciela and her team have been very kind to me before and during my stay. The place is under renovation.
