A very nice and quiet place !

The place was absolutely stunning, with an incredible view of the ocean and nearby parks. Everything was in walking distance and we were able to explore so much. What really stood out to me was our host, Vladimir’s communication. Since we had booked months ago and the days leading up to our stay, he was so responsive, kind, and easy to get ahold of. The trip was incredible and will be a lasting memory for us thanks to Vladimir ☺️

Excellent accommodation, Adrian's directions were accurate and everything shown in the photos was properly detailed, I would visit them again without a doubt!

Great stay and relatively affordable. They have some items in the fridge like a hotel mini-bar would, which means it’s convenient, but maybe 3x what you would pay in the store or with rappi. Also, if you’re doing a longer stay make sure you buy your own toilet paper or ask for more with 24 hour notice since there’s only 2 rolls available for guests in the property :) Overall, 5 stars, thanks for hosting!

Look no further for a comfortable and pristine place to stay in Miraflores that is extremely affordable. The host is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They were extremely flexible with our flight delays and will go out of their way to help you. The apartment is absolutely spotless and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking your own meals. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay!

We stayed at the Maritza house for a few days and had a great time. The house has all the comforts, it is well located and Maritza is friendly.

The house is very nice; modern, with all the amenities offered, clean, very well cared for. The area is very quiet and safe. The communication with Luis is very good, very attentive to the guests' stay.

We had a beautiful family time, the house is exactly as the photos, very well equipped and clean. We don't need to leave the house as you have everything you need like pool, games like jumping, fulbito, net de volley, pin pon etc.

The accommodation has a very well-kept garden, with beautiful plants, ideal for older adults, children and pets. The house is very bright, with a kitchen with full appliances, which allows for family gatherings. We found everything clean and tidy, the pool clean and the area safe, with deliveries and markets. Recommended.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Totally happy with the accommodation, everything was as it was in the images, I even dare say that better, a very good attention from Alex who at all times was attentive, Mrs. Blanca was super friendly and always with a smile, we will definitely go back in the next opportunity.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.

There were not complains, we were happy with the place.
