Valeria estuvo atenta todo el tiempo desde mis preguntas iniciales respuestas muy rápidas eso me animo a reservar, la propiedad muy linda, limpia tiene una cocina para los huéspedes que pudimos usar para desayunar nos apoyó mucho ya que ahí cerca no había algo para comer, claro que los recomiendo !!!

What an amazing stay! The view from the balcony is mesmerizing and waking up here every morning was like dreaming. This is a true gem and I will keep my memories of the lagoon, the people and way of living close to my heart for a long time. Daniel is a great host and a kind, empathetic and warm person. He was super proactive during my stay, gave me recommendations and tried everything to make my stay comfortable. I also felt very safe in the house and the area. I am so grateful to have stayed here 🙏🏼

Vale mucho la pena hospedarse en Casa Tlacuache❤️😊, esta muy cerca del centro aprox a 15min caminando, y tiene el Ecoparque y el Muelle 36 a tan solo 5 minutos , esperamos regresar pronto, ya que nos encantó todo el concepto la decoración, su hospitalidad, el desayuno preparado con amor por Careli, las áreas comunes y las habitaciones muy comodas y con todo lo necesario, nos sentimos como en casa ,mil gracias!❤️🎶

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bacalar ! Nous étions trois et le logement était parfait, très bien équipé, rien ne manquait. Tout était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Such an incredible place. Such incredible hosts! It is about 5 minutes north of Bacalar down a track that was easily passable even in a storm. The hosts were incredible, I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were even kind enough to go and get us petrol almost as soon as we had arrived because we had run out. They were so lovely! The accommodation is wonderful. Massive bed in an incredible cabin looking out over the lagoon, hammocks and pontoons to lie on in the sun, kayaks to use, this place is perfect! Very peaceful and secluded. It’s like being in the jungle but with luxuries.
