Every year my family spends the new year party together and this year we were the home of Dona Riso, the lodging was excellent,within what was promised ,expected and even exceeded everyone's expectations! Always available Riso and Elson(husband) we have received very well and have always been available. I highly recommend it!

We didn't have any problems because we didn't have people with restrictions. The host is very attentive and responds promptly. The atmosphere is very pleasant, we are comfortable installed and satisfied.

Very quiet place, cozy house and the host was very friendly and attentive. The kitchen had all the equipment and utensils to prepare meals and breakfast. Shower, TV, refrigerator, stove, etc., all working without a problem. There were also cleaning and hygiene materials. The only drawback was having to bring sheets and bath towels. However, the hostess warned us beforehand. This did not diminish my evaluation of the accommodation in any way. Some restaurants and steakhouses are nearby, and others are in the center of Gravatá. On a future occasion in Gravatá, I will return to stay at the host's property.

Our stay was WONDERFUL. We went with family, 11 people, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. The place is a DREAM, the wonderful view, extremely clean house, organized, comfortable furniture, kitchen equipped with everything, the wonderful Jacuzzi, impeccable decoration (all thought to the smallest details). The condominium is perfect for morning walks, heated pools, playgrounds, treehouses,… it makes you want to live there. The host is very polite, affordable, excellent service. And it has a huge differential, FABIANA❤️, she is the secretary of the house, a wonderful, helpful, super polite person, makes an extremely tasty food, you can even set up a menu, take the ingredients and she prepares everything! Ah, the super fast internet tbm, so you can work home office quietly. It was an amazing experience. Everyone loved it.

The house is very wide and comfortable, being a few steps from the main equipment of the condominium, such as a heated swimming pool, sauna, playground and soccer field. The rooms (all suites) were also clean and comfortable and accommodated 8 well. It has a nearby market that meets basic needs, which also delivers typical lunches of the region. The view from the house to the mountains is also exactly what we were looking for, a very beautiful landscape in a quiet condominium to spend days of relaxation. The improvement points are for the refrigerator, a little small for the amount of people that the house supports and some specific details of bed and bath facilities.

The stay at Casa Mirante was wonderful, it exceeded our expectations, the house is a delight, contains all the kitchen utensils, barbecue, sheets and comfy bedspreads. All very tasteful and of good quality. It has an incredible view, contact with nature, a delicious wind in the nets that the house has, were wonderful family days. The neighborhood is also very quiet, perfect for resting and gathering loved ones. We highly recommend! The host, Elis, is a very attentive, available and kind person, communication with her has always been accessible and fast, it really made us feel at home. Thank you, Elis.
