Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cha-Am Beach

Quick communication. Early check in and check out was possible without hassle. As was a booking adjustment for a mistake I made (booked a little too long of a stay). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Internet was good enough for full hd streaming. All in all very good price, especially for the location. Near market and beach.

The place was awesome. It's a stone's throw away from Cicada and Tamarind night markets, for dinner and for a bit of shopping. Pool is great too!

The room is comfortable and clean, the landlord responds quickly, is not far from the beach, and is convenient for shopping. It is the first choice to consider again in the future

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay for 10 days. This room felt just like at home and it was just as it was described the room had all the amenities that we needed and surroundings and facilities are beautiful. The host was very accommodating as well. We definitely recommend this room and look forward to a future stay.

Penn’ house was located at an excellent place and clean! Near beach & mall, of course, you need to have 10mins walk. Check in date there was a small problem and thankfully hosts replied quickly and solved immediately. And I have an unforgettable experience during my last stay night, the building was stopped electric because of the heavy rain, however, Penn was very friendly assist to contact building management for following up. I just want to say, just find Penn if you have any problems, they are friendly & helpful.

Everything was as expected. The building is a little older,but the pool is very nice and so is the apartment. From there it is not far to various restaurant,711,Cicada Nightmarket and the different beaches in Hua Hin.

Visarat's condo is a large studio located in a quiet corner of the building facing the pool. Minutes walk from beach, restaurants and shopping. Condo is well maintained, cleaning products provided. Electric is included, room cleaning is an extra charge.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this private villa. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a hidden paradise—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed for total relaxation. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we could possibly need. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for group of people enjoy. The surrounding area was quiet with lot of Todd’s sounds. The host maid was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

Nice studio apartment with a comfortable bed and great facilities. Friendly/helpful guards with easy check-in. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive.

Fern's place is amazing. The little cabin I rented was rustic but sweet. A little small for 2 people, but ideal for 1. Internet, AC, and hot water all good. The scenery is stunning. Rice paddy fields, palm trees, and mountains Sunsets are rainbow colors and paint the scenery almost like a movie set. There are 4 little cabins fairly close to each other but far enough that is not intrusive. Right out front is a little pond with koi-like fish, with a sweet little bridge lit by lanterns. The restaurant is homemade and decent. Good sizes, and she even offers a hot pot! The rooms are extremely affordable for what you get, and the restaurant has local prices. Pretty ideal. She's also got a motorcycle to rent, which is free or at least very cheap to get supplies nearby. But the best part of the whole experience is Fern herself. She's sweet, kind and goes the extra mile. Her English is excellent and offers a few words of assistance if you're willing to learn Thai. A definite recommend:)

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

Easy place to kid proof. Plastic plates, bowls and cups provided. The property is very dense (lots of units) but the landscaping and common areas are nicely designed.

Lovely and responsive hosts. Great condo with lots of storage. Close to night market and beach. Check in and out was easy.

i really liked the condo and the location nearby: 7/11 restaurant beach street fruit shops and very quiet neighborhood!!! i'm staying another month but unfortunately not at Siriya's just above the same building. i highly recommend this condo . thank you Siriya for your sympathy and availability bravo

Great location, and the pool area, nearby restaurants, and ease of access make it a great choice for visiting Hua Hin. The a/c, wifi speed, and clothes washer were all very helpful. The host was very responsive, and the pool, was big, and very close to the condo. I would be happy to stay there again..

I had a very pleasant time in Hua Hin! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. Everything worked smoothly, from communication to the key exchange. Especially the proximity to restaurants, the beach and markets was a big plus. I felt completely comfortable and would book here again anytime. Thanks for a great stay!

Exactly as described, would recommend this space for a couple needing accomodation in Bangkok for a few days.

Great location, very comfortable, overlooking pool, friendly host and great people managing the condo complex. Very well maintained. Was a very enjoyable 2 month stay. Night Market and 7-11 a short walk away.
