It's nice to live in this warm house, the place is bucolic at will The little ones ( who are not forgotten) and the grown-ups were delighted.

Wonderful cottage miles from everything. If you are looking for solitude it cannot be beat. Our only neighbors were sheep and horses.

Our stay at Marianne and Frédéric's was superb, a timeless moment in a real haven of peace. The exteriors are beautiful and so soothing: beautiful flowers, the lake, the pool… everything was perfect! The recommended addresses were a great help and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks also to Frédéric for the visit to his space dedicated to photography, it was very interesting. We'll be back, that's for sure!

We had a nice stay for the new year at La Choupinière. We rented the two cottages for 18 adults and about ten young children. The cottages are well thought out to gather as a group and enjoy. Beautiful spaces to eat, play, gather. The bedding is comfortable. It is necessary to organize for sleeping arrangements including the two large dormitories (9 and 15 years old). There are 3 bedrooms of 2, one of which is busy. If needed, plenty of storage spaces. The kitchen is not very large but functional. The essentials are there to make food in quantity, store the food, ... The outside is large and seems well appointed to enjoy on sunny days. We may return to La Choupinière for other weekends!

Large cottage, ideal for a family reunion. There were 20 of us and it was perfect. The house is clean, comfortable, very well equipped and the hosts are very welcoming and responsive. The pool was cold, but the children still enjoyed it. there is Vendome to visit just next door and small bodies of water all around. We would recommend it without hesitation

Exceptional stay. The house is extremely clean, well maintained. Elodie is a great professional, she has always been available and very kind. We had a wonderful stay, the view is breathtaking and the nearby village is easily accessible on foot. The owner likes to take care of their tenants. Upon our arrival, many fresh fruits, local specialties, and drinks were waiting for us, which was very much appreciated. Christine and Jacky were available, responsive and very attentive throughout our stay. A perfectly successful stay in an ideal environment. We had a pleasant stay with Victor's family. The house is spacious, ideally arranged and equipped for a family with young children (cribs, high chair, games...). The living room is cozy and has a stove to warm up the end of cool days. The environment is peaceful and charming. Many nearby activities (pretty villages, forests, tree climbing, farms...). Victor is very welcoming and responsive. We recommend!

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The beds were comfortable the house was superb. It had a beautiful energy about the place and was relaxing. The chickens kept us entertained outside. And we enjoyed walks around exploring the gardens. ALS the blackberries were in season and simply delicious 👌 we enjoyed our final night sitting in front of the fireplace sipping a glass of red wine.. highly recommend

We had a lovely time at this peaceful and very well appointed house. The host was particularly responsive in answering any questions. There were 5 of us for this stay and it was very good. For the mezzanine room, you don't have to be too big, but it's cute. Yohann can't help it, but not too much 4G/5G network, but wi-fi is available... I recommend this beautiful place to those eager to recharge their batteries and spend a quiet time in the beautiful Perche countryside. Thanks

This little house is in a situation that is so magical that it is hard to fault a single thing about it. To be surrounded by trees in perfect solitude and calm is an unusual, uplifting and life-affirming experience. We loved our stay and were charmed by the candles, the pretty old china plates and the wonderful bedroom with its comfortable bed and superb attic beams . However it is worth noting (for clarity’s sake) that there are no longer electric bikes or food hampers (as mentioned in some reviews) and the boat, though beguilingly still in existence, has only one oar and was full of water. These details could not have mattered less to us - thankyou for an unforgettable stay.
