Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Česká Lípa District

Vit is a very accommodating host who personally greeted us at the property. The house is in very good condition and extremely comfortable. In the area there are particularly beautiful hikes and opportunities to enjoy nature. We stayed with the family 5 for a few days in the house and were completely satisfied.

We stayed with 4 adults and 6 children (4-13 years) at Zofie's place. We had a very nice time, the house offers a lot of space (also 2 separate toilets and bathrooms) and is very comprehensive and lovingly equipped. Unfortunately, it is very audible. The kitchen really offers everything your heart desires and there are also many board games, dolls, painting stuff... The garden is really fantastic. High trees with swing, cable car, plenty of space, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, sun seating and shade. Our electricity bill was low but we also stoked the wood stove constantly and turned off all radiators. The surroundings offer pure nature. We hiked, there are also worthwhile small hikes that were easy to do with our children, and have unwinded in the house and garden. You have to drive a little to shop. Stunning home in a quiet location. The house has all the amenities and is very clean. Fine beds, spacious bath, kitchen with everything you desire. It has a very big garden with bbq, playground and fire pit. Communication was fast and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location!

The truth is that we feel very comfortable. Everything was as advertised, the house is as it appears in the publication. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Charcoal grill available, full kitchen with basic cooking items. They let us arrive a little earlier and we were able to leave a little later than advertised. Excellent, highly recommended. Accommodation with absolutely above-standard kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden, which hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area was great and the communication with the hosts was absolutely smooth. We can highly recommend it and we will be happy to return here sometime in the future!

The small cottage is surrounded by nature and is beautiful! From the hot tub, you can look directly into the forest and also relax wonderfully on the veranda. The accomodation was very clean and had everything you could need. You should only not underestimate the stairs to the bedroom, which was then very steep, but doable! We highly recommend it.

Total fantasy. Beautiful timbered cottage, tucked away on the edge of the forest, behind a small stream. Magical place. Cottage perfectly equipped, clean, stylish romantic place. Drowns in the fireplace, romance. We'll be sure to come back.

Martin is an easy host to communicate and his place is amazing with all the things you will need as if you were at your own place.

We were within walking distance to the city center where there are restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The apartment was enough for a family of 4. We also did cooking in the kitchen! Parking was also available, though you may need to walk a little if the narrow street in front of the apartment is full.

A beautiful place to stay in a magical place. The house is tastefully renovated, the apartment was cozy and practically furnished. We look forward to going here sometime in the summer and using the expansive garden.

We spent a long weekend with our son and family dog in Ceska Lipa. We had a great time and enjoyed all the comfort this nice flat could offer. I would recommend this appartment for a family stay. It’s clean, nicely decorated and equiped.

Definitely a plus stay, everything as described, big space and peace

Beautiful accommodation in the center of Liberec, which my family and I enjoyed thanks to the children's room with lots of toys and a large bunk bed with comfortable mattresses. Mirka was very responsive, kind, and helpful. We would definitely choose this place again.
