The house is in a gated community, with a lot of security, space for children, and is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and have high ceilings, making it a very airy house. It has all the necessary utensils for those who will rent. The owner is always very attentive and available. If you rent and take something electrical there, it's all 220v, so you have to be careful. We hope to come back another time.

Our stay at Mauricio's farm was an amazing experience. It exceeded our expectations. We thought it was much better than in the photos. We were surprised by the beauty of the farm, a wonderful view, everything well maintained, clean. The caretaker Edmilson was super helpful and polite. He cleaned the pool every day and made himself available every day of the stay.

What an amazing place! Much better than in photos. The place is huge, with several leisure options to enjoy. The pool is spectacular, of an excellent size, perfect for enjoying. Also, the price is super fair. I would definitely go back and recommend!

We spent wonderful days at the property. Jeferson was always very attentive and helpful. What we liked most was the pool's air-conditioning, the water temperature was great even at night. The condominium is very safe and quiet. Too bad we couldn't attend the club. I recommend it as a good place to escape the hustle and bustle of São Paulo and spend quiet days with family and friends. Thank you Jeferson, we'll be back for sure.

I and my family celebrated my mother's birthday at the place, we were about 30 people and it was perfect, the house served us super well. We traveled a lot as a family and this time we chose to stay here. it was all perfect. communication with hosts was far above average, extreme attention to detail, all clean, organized, very well equipped and safe for children and pets. the place is wonderful and it is possible to see the balloons and paratroopers of Boituva. There is a background noise of the avioezinhos that take the paratroopers during the day but did not bother us. hosts' recommendations were also excellent!! this all with easy access to the castle and the condominium, without streets of dirt or anything on the way we would definitely come back impossible not to give 5 stars for all categories

very good place to spend time in the family, clean rooms, the very good outdoor kitchen to use, the Lord Valdir's father of the hostess gave us all the attention. we helped in everything we need, just one attention. there is no room for guests, but not missed, the children had a lot of fun and sir I can is a place I would visit again.
