The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! Thank you for everything, Chiara💖

We were very warmly welcomed by Nicola. Everything went smoothly and easily. The apartment was in top condition and the neighbors were very friendly. I would be happy to be a guest at Nicola's again when I am back in Milan.

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location, but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

The overall accommodation is good, but there is less public transportation, so you need to have your own vehicle.The water flow was very low when bathing, there was no shampoo, and the Wi-Fi speed was not fast.

We stayed in five people at the property for only one night, a couple in the ground floor room, a couple on the upper floor mezzanine and a fifth person in the sofa bed on the ground floor entrance area. The apartment is clean, furnished with care, comfortable beds, clean and well soundproofed bathrooms. The host was always responsive to every request when booking, and also provided useful information to park our car in the area. Check-in information has been provided in detail. The only thing is the inability to darken the roof skylights, in fact those who sleep in the living room and in the mezzanine do not have the opportunity to darken or shield the light that enters the skylights, it could be a disadvantage for those who, as in our case, prefer to sleep in the dark. In any case, this is a personal preference. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Great welcome, very nice setting, the pool was much appreciated. Milan and Lake Como are quickly accessible (entrance of course) Free parking on premises or in front of the listing. Owner responds quickly The description is accurate, so are the photos A lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is specious, convenient to the metro and had a private garage for parking. Something to take note of is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

A very pleasant stay in a green and very peaceful environment! Marco and Maria immediately made us feel at home. The space was seamlessly equipped. In fact, it seemed much bigger than we had imagined from the photos! We would recommend it without hesitation!

The accommodation and parklands are beautiful and peaceful with only the sound of birdsong. We had a wonderfully relaxing time here and had everything we needed whilst attending a family wedding close by. My little granddaughter said she felt like a princess staying here. Our host was always very prompt to reply. I would love to return in summer when the pool is open.

Amazing person. The communication was absolutely great. He is very helpful and kind and nice. He always met any request when you didn't see him in person. When my son is my brother and our big dog. By the way, it's an amazing apartment for 3 people and maybe even with a big dog. Great, thank you very much, I will definitely stop by next time we come to Milan. You are welcomed with a very pleasant scent upon entry. The sofa bed is surprisingly wide and was comfortable for 2 girls. The photos match exactly. The location (near M4 and Lidl) is the best part - it is a bit dim at night but not too dodgy. The host is very responsive. Overall, very smooth and wonderful stay!

Great place to stay! Safe with a very nice outdoor space. Lots of different restaurants and right in the middle of all the designer stores.

Although the stay was very short, the place had everything we needed. Easily accessible by metro that is not even a two-minute walk from the property. Luca has always been very kind and welcoming.

Recommended! Both the children and we are/were very satisfied. Parking, pizzeria, bar and the bus stop right around the corner so we didn't use the car at all. The apartment is very spacious/clean and Michele is an extremely reliable/accommodating host. Thanks again and all the best.

Clean and beautifully-designed apartment. We arrived late at night by car and it was not hard to find a parking spot. Walking distance to the tram station. The facilities match exactly as listed and are clean and functioning well.
