Great location with view of wineyards. Free parking spot and electric charger. Loved sitting outside at the gazebo for meals with an excellent view of tuscany hills. Place is huge and very well maintained. Complimentary Coffee and teas were amazing.

Beautiful, unique location. We were there for the yearly festival which was so fun to watch. We watched fireworks from the roof which was so much fun. There were breathtaking views everywhere. And we tried to make friends with all the local kitties at the cat sanctuary. Our ONLY complaint was that the apartment was HOT!!! The fans were super helpful but it was uncomfortably hot. Not honestly, even knowing that, we would stay here again!

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Poggio! The location is perfect for daytrips and we especially enjoyed the pool which is only to be shared with a few other guests. The view is one of a kind. The apartment is equipped simple, but sufficient as one doesn’t spend too much time there anyways.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Wonderful space in the heart of San Miniato. Walter was an excellent communicator and we appreciated the detailed information on parking and the generously stocked pantry & refrigerator. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space and exploring the charming town.

Book this airbnb if it is available during your stay! Alessandro could easily take more money for the breathtaking view. it had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own dinner, everything was clean and welcoming. Alessandro was a great host and had a lot of tips for the city. 10/10!

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities in the nearby area by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can easily recommend the accommodation. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the house's ringing (even in the middle of the night).

Wow, what can we say? From the moment we booked this delightful spot in Tuscany our holiday could not have gone any better. Valentina was always available to answer questions and make suggestions before we arrived as well as help us whilst we were there. Her parents were also very friendly and available to answer any questions. The accommodation was perfect, well equipped and the property maintained its Tuscan culture. The pool and surrounding garden were perfect. Ideal for either staying put and relaxing or visiting delightful Tuscan hill top cities. We cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough. We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

We specially enjoyed the recordplayer with LP's. The cash bar is an exellent idea for travelling guests. It was lovely sitting outside in this beautifull setting. I would defnitely recommend this property.

Best place to stay!!! The charm of property draws you in immediately! A lovely garden, fresh flowers in the apartment, stunning views of San Gimignano. We loved the touches of old Italy everywhere (with the subtle inclusion of modern flair). And the little extras - a beautiful homemade tart welcomed us, as well as fresh fruit, juices, coffee and creamers and a few more fun surprises! Fabio and Alessandra are fabulous hosts - always answering any of our questions and having excellent advice on where to eat and things to do! The location is perfect for day trips to many of the Tuscan and Chianti region towns. And so lovely to come back to the charm of Fabio and Alessandra’s place. Grazie mille!!!

A pleasant and ideally located accommodation to visit the beautiful region of Tuscany and its wonderful cities accessible by train (train station 5 min and train every hour).

My parents stayed at Franco’s for the second time and loved it again. Franco gave great recommendations for the area and events that were taking place at the time. The accommodation was very clean, and the location is simply beautiful. You have everything you need, and it’s a perfect starting point for activities. Would highly recommend it. very well located to discover Tuscany. several possibilities to radiate ( train and car) very warm welcome, very available host, attentive and responsive, good advice! Elisabetta is a perfect collaborator by taking care of the bookings of the desired visits. apartment with a lot of character, small private terrace overlooking Certaldo alto. certainly, we confirm the reviews of previous tenants on particularly low ceilings heights. it remains a shame to have to waste so much water to have this hot one. everything is designed for the comfort of its hosts. it might be missing a small coffee table for the living room. we strongly advise guests to trust Elisabetta, whom we thank again very much!! a reference to share! Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
