We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.

The appartment has a really great terasse with e stunning view towards Stresa and the three islands. Further the kitchen is well equipped so it‘s easy to cook your own dinner & enjoy the view. Only point: In summer it gets really warm inside because there are no blindes on the windows. But for us it was okay, we just left the windows open during nights & enjoyed the view.

Omg! The Location is unbelievable! You step down onto your terrace, that is a lookout (hundreds years old tower) over the lake. Looking West at the sunset. Unbelievable! This location is 5 stars! The house is equipped for big parties and young people of all ages with children maybe, so much fun! Beach entrance right there. For my 82 year old parents it was challenging because The mattresses in the master bedroom are very firm, as is common for Italy. And the seating around the amazing dinner table is very hard and spartan. I would be back anytime! But not with older travelers, that are used to cushioned comfort! Maria, Giulia and Alessio, you are the best! What a heavenly place! Thank you so much for making this available to travelers. This is an Italian experience at its best!

Cristina was an extremely friendly hostess and was always helpful, very pleasant. The accommodation was very neat, stylishly furnished and seemed very generous to me. The bed linen and towels all smelled fresh (we have experienced otherwise) so another plus. A spacious meadow in front of the block invites you to play with children or read a book in a shady spot under the trees. The lake is very quickly reached on foot and it is beautiful with a small sandy beach. Playground, restaurants, gelateria all within walking distance. You can take great excursions and discover a lot by ship. I would have been happy if I had understood Italian better.

⭐️ Great stay with Fabrizio on Lake Maggiore The newly renovated apartment is modern, bright and very well equipped – ideal for solo travelers or couples. We especially liked the quiet location, the proximity to the lake and the private parking. The check-in via key box was straightforward, the communication with Fabrizio friendly and reliable. The apartment offers everything you need: well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, cozy bedroom and sufficiently fast WiFi. Conclusion: A stylish, quiet accommodation with top amenities and a great location. We would book again anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at Zainab and Paolo’s apartment! The place is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped – it really feels like everything has been thought of to make guests feel at home. Traveling with our baby, we especially appreciated the extras like the travel crib and high chair, which made things much easier. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxing. Zainab and Paolo were responsive and generous hosts. We’d happily recommend this place and hope to return someday!
