We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

Second time staying here, and we loved it. The view is amazing, and the apartment is nice, and comfortable. The location is perfect, and a nice walking distance to great restaurants and the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Ita is an amazing host! Her responses are quick and always very willing to help. The stay was really great, with a very nice beach just 5 min from the boulevard. The only opportunity for improvement I find, is that it would be good for them to provide more cleaning elements like mops, sometimes when we left the pool the floor was wet and it was difficult to do the cleaning. Likewise, that does not affect the incredible experience I take and how grateful I am for allowing myself to spend a weekend at their accommodation.

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

We had a very nice time, the administration of the condominium is very organized and provides useful information. Proper access of the roads to the condominium, in peak hours there was low Internet reception, but in general the house is super recommended

We had a great stay! For starters, the house was very nice and very clean, something that is very important for me; everything was spotless and tidy. The house is very cozy and the condominium super quiet, we didn't have any inconvenience, it was all very relaxing in a very warm environment. The condominium security personnel were very friendly and reliable, always willing to help us with a smile. The beach is very quiet and without many people, in addition to having the pool of the house and the condominium. Carol was very kind at all times too and super clear with the directions, as I say, we did not have a stress or a problem at any time, we definitely hope to return soon, it was a very beautiful disconnection weekend. The casita is highly recommended.

I loved the stay at the place, complied with everything stipulated in the notice, the only thing we disliked my family (who had babies) and me, is that unfortunately right in the place next door they smoked a lot and the smell entered the whole house. It was a fact that totally escaped Ainé's hands, but it happened. Outside of that bad time, the house and the care provided by Ainé was very nice. 🫶🏻

The property had everything needed to make our two-day stay enjoyable, the best part of the location. Jennifer was very accessible in allowing us to enter before the designated time and enjoy the pool and other facilities around including the beach, I definitely recommend it.

I would like to express my gratitude for all the work Andrea put into my stay. The location is not that close to the city but that is the reason why we chose it! You can really get away and relax/ enjoy the ocean and many other activities. Extremely secured place. Andrea description and pictures are accurate, she was really really helpful and quick with answering any questions we had. I went with my family and my dog, we loved the place very much, starting with the house, a very nice house and with all the necessary services, the pool is bigger than what you see in the photo, the beach, very rich, we touch the sea quite cool and 0 cold, we all enjoy it, the entrance is very easy to arrive, I recommend it 10/10

Hi, Enrique was a very nice and attentive host from the beginning as I give us all the necessary information. My friends and I were delighted with the house, we enjoyed the environments such as the pisicna, grill and even the beach as it is super close to the house. Everything was very clean and tidy. We 100% recommend the place and are sure to come back another time. It was a pleasure to spend the weekend in such a beautiful place.
