This was our second time staying in this house with the family. Everything was impeccable: the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The temperate pool was definitely the best the kids enjoyed it a lot. Ideal for rest and spending time with family. We will definitely be back!

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

It was a pleasure to stay here. The house is very nice and the balcony has a good view of the sea. The neighborhood has access to many restaurants and mini markets and you can walk to the beach if you want… the kitchen has everything you need. Luis and Aida are very kind. Perfect for a weekend in Viña Del Mar!

Upon arriving we were received by Sebastian, who was very friendly and cordial. He gave us a tour of the house and gave us two sets of keys to the house, which was very helpful. He was also very helpful in providing information about the local area, including a map. The house was very charming, with tasteful furnishings and decorations throughout the interior and exterior spaces. Everyone in our group enjoyed it very much and felt very comfortable. The kitchen really stood out for having a functional design and being well supplied with cookware, utensils, etc. A nice detail was the inclusion of a supply of beach towels for use at the pool. Finally, the house was very well organized and clean, with plenty of natural light throughout the day.

First of all Constantino, he gave me all the information in advance and executive (which I liked). I loved that the doors worked with keys and remote control. The shower worked smoothly (it was what I was worried about) hot water at all times, and good pressure. The double bed found it very comfortable. I really liked that in the bathroom, the towel holder, was electric and generated adjustable temperature, so the towels didn't stay wet (I found it super helpful). The terrace seemed fair and accurate. even I did an asado (the grill behaved great). I would only improve the shade on the terrace as there was only the metal structure of an awning. The sector has good connectivity to take public locomotion (colectivos, micros, Uber, and metro). I do not recommend going through the night sector, just for caution, however by day there is no problem. Overall we felt very comfortable, and the place met my expectations.
