In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. Two new cabinets on a shared property in the middle of magical Krkonoše nature offer high comfort, design amenities, and at the same time comfort. We offer to rent an entire cottage to host family celebrations, friendly gatherings, sports venues, or a pleasant holiday. Each cottage provides accommodations for up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The rooms are double and 2 extra beds can be added if needed. There is a cot and a children's high chair.

Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.
