Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cerdanya

We knew the village previously and had walked past this accommodation numerous times. Better inside than expected and great for our family needs.

Perfectly compliant accommodation, smooth and efficient communication. Perfectly equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well located chalet. The only small downside is the attitude of the cleaning lady when we left, who seemed to expect a full cleaning for immediate re-rental, while the check-out conditions were perfectly respected and we were deeply respectful of the place, being ourselves Airbnb hosts. His closed attitude was excessive and discredited us. We expect more respect and openness when entering and leaving. Fortunately, we had taken photos and the agency told us that it was a simple misunderstanding.

A perfect stay in an impeccable house! Everything is as described, very clean, well decorated, and ideally located. We immediately feel at home there. The host is responsive and thoughtful making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Very good weekend spent at the cottage. The place is beautiful with a superb view of the Canigou. Perfect welcome and incredible cottage, large spaces and all the necessary amenities up to entertainment (petanque...), with a very nice pool. Thank you so much, we'll be back for sure!

Awesome, very spacious place to stay! We were at Roseline's for a family stay, 4 couples and 3 children, and we were perfectly comfortable for meals on the terrace or inside. The accommodation is very well equipped, we really enjoyed it and we recommend it!

Prades is a village where you can find what you need 1 hour from Perignan and the beaches, it is located at the foot of the Canigou Many walks are feasible The unit is very nice The ideal living room, the kitchen is very well equipped

We had a lovely family stay in Illier, very nice settled in the old school. We'll be happy to go back!

We checked in late and she was waiting for us.. even arriving late she explained everything to us. A very good treatment and any problems we had was always attentive, very quiet area to rest. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic holiday. The villa enjoys beautiful views to the rear, side and front, and the space within is roomy and well-appointed. Air con throughout was very helpful to cool rooms before sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and ate every meal outside on the shaded terrace. The concierge, Jonathan, went above and beyond - meeting us at the property to explain how the pool alarm works, answering queries promptly and being especially amenable and generous when we experienced car problems. The local area is lovely - we enjoyed trips to Eus, Villefranche and a slightly further-afield trip to Collioure on the coast (recommended). There is a very well-priced and delicious bakery within easy walking distance of the villa, and a large supermarket within an easy 10-15 minute drive. Our children enjoyed the (discreet) visits from The Pool Guy, who came to keep the pool in tip-top condition throughout our stay. He was friendly and kind to their inquisitiveness.

We had a wonderful time with the family. The cottage is very clean, spacious, nice. The hosts are welcoming and considerate. Thanks to Patricia and her husband, we wish you a happy 2025.

The house is very comfortable, with a nice terrace, and with a good temperature inside despite the heat outside. The nature around spectacular. The facilities (pool, paddle tennis, pool, etc.) make the days have more incentives. In short, a very good choice.

A very nice place in the forest, very very quiet with the sound of the river behind. It's a beautiful place. The shared kitchen with a (shared) terrace by the river was perfect! We had a lovely stay in Ariège, the cottage was welcoming and very nice and Aurélien and Clémence provided us with the requested activities (badminton, trampoline, jaccuzi...). The shared kitchen is convenient and warm and the location is great for a quiet stay.
