Apartment holiday rentals in Cephalonia

We had a lovely stay, the place was exactly as we’d hoped, clean, free of clutter and with a great view. Hosts were very friendly, gave us loads of recommendations and invited us to message any time if we needed anything. Friendly housekeeper came by each day to do the bins, clean towels if needed etc, which was very appreciated. It was about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Argostoli, those with mobility issues may struggle due to the hills but you can drive there in a matter of minutes. Would definitely stay again if we come back!

What a fabulous place close to the cove where the yachts and restaurants are situated then have own beach just out front. The owners were so lovely to bring breakfast and coffee from their beautiful bakery everyday. Comfortable beds had everything you need. Thanks Anna 🤗

Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Die Wohnung dient als guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden, da sie Richtung Ortsausgang lag. Die Innenstadt und der Hafen von Argostoli waren bequem zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, top Küche, Bügeleisen, Badartikel, Waschmittel, etc. Ausreichend Platz und ein sehr großer Balkon mit Sitzplätzen und Liegestühlen! Alexia war eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie war immer zu erreichen und konnte bei allem helfen. Alle paar Tage wurden die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewaschen und einmal hat sie uns sogar einen super leckeren Kuchen gebacken! Außerdem war in der Wohnung ein Sonnenschirm und Stühle für den Strandausflug und Alexia hat uns noch zwei Schwimmnudeln vorbeigebracht. Parken war an der Straße super möglich. Ich kann die Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment von Makis gefühlt. Beim Check-In war seine Mutter vor Ort und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Im Allgemeinen war das Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

If you’re thinking about booking a stay at Villa Rosa, don’t, just book it. To say the photographs don’t do it justice is an understatement, this place is truly paradise. If you look one way you experience magnificent vistas over the Ionian Sea and look another and you experience the majesty of the Kefalonian mountains… it’s simply stunning. Then, there is Joy… wow what an incredible woman. In all my years of travel I’ve never met a more professional, kind and caring person in my life. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, Joy made us feel at home and like we were part of her wonderful family. She took us personally to our accommodation which was wonderful (again better than the pictures) and helped us to get well appointed with the area and the villa. Each day Joy greeted us at breakfast (which is to die for by the way) and would give us personal recommendations for places to eat or visit all over the island… all of which were incredible… we will back!

Μείναμε σύνολο 3 εβδομάδες στο κατάλυμα του Ντίνου και της Μαρίας. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά πολύ άνετη και ευχάριστη. Και οι δυο οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε ευπρόσδεκτοι. Μας υποδέχτηκαν με διάφορα κεράσματα και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμοι για να μας βοηθήσουν. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο, καθαρό, και η θέα από το μπαλκόνι ιδιαίτερα χαλαρωτική. Μπροστά στο σπίτι υπάρχει ευρύχωρο πάρκινγκ. Το σκυλάκι της οικογένειας, ο Rocco, θα σας κλέψει την καρδιά. Μας λείπει ήδη!! Κωνσταντίνε και Μαρία, ξανά ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή στο νησί σας. Βασίλης και Μαριάνα.

Honestly, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The apartment is well designed, functional, and very clean. The view and patio are fantastic. I recommend staying for more than a few days so you can really relax and enjoy the town/island.

I can't praise Elvira highly enough. She was so helpful and generous. Lovely welcome pack waiting for us and she went out of her way to spoil our daughter on her 21st birthday. Her accommodation is absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do it justice. Will hopefully return again one day.

This accomotation was perfect! The hosts were very nice and helpful; always available for questions, reacted very quicly, and were very flexible. The appartement had everything we needed (washer, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, kitchen with everything you need, etc.). The location was great; a 2 minute walk to a supermarkt and nearby the centre. Would highly recommend!

Logement idéal pour visiter cette magnifique île. Logement idéalement situé (proche de l’aéroport, 15 min de la capitale, au centre des différents lieux touristiques. Extrêmement propre et bien équipé, on s’y sent très bien. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Nick est réactif. Le petit plus, une plage située à moins de 10 minutes en voiture avec un super restaurant (dans lequel Nick travaille). Nous recommandons à 100%

Ubytovanie bolo nadherne, utulne a ciste. Dobre vybavenie kuchyne. Velka terasa s krasnym vyhladom na more. Poloha skvela, dobra dostupnost celeho ostrova. Domaci boli velmi priatelski a mili. Doniesli nam aj kolac na privitanie a zaujimali sa, ci je vsetko v poriadku. Odporucam

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, έξω από το Ληξούρι, με υπέροχη θέα και όλες τις ανέσεις! Σημαντικό πως υπήρχε πάρκινγκ μέσα στο χώρο δίπλα ακριβώς στο δωμάτιο! Ο Νεόφυτος και η μητέρα του Νταϊάνα ήταν εξαιρετικοί πολυ φιλόξενοι και χαμογελαστοί πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστεί! Μας περίμεναν φρέσκα αυγά στο ψυγείο, κρασί, φρούτα και νερό! τι άλλο να ζητήσεις! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im schönen Haus von Spyros und Fotis in Kefalonia. Wir waren eine ganze Woche hier und es hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock eines Hauses, daneben ist noch eine weiter Wohnung von der man nichts mitbekommt. Es ist ruhig, idylisch, einfach wunderbar. Es wirkt so als wäre man auf einem Hof am Land, runderherum Hühner, ein Hahn der einen weckt, und eine sehr liebe Katze die uns jeden Tag besucht hat. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und ist blau wie im Bilderbuch. Im September war es schon etwas kühl jedoch ist diese Insel immer eine Reise wert. Es ist wunderbar, keine Touristenmassen, viele liebe Tiere, tolles Meer, nette, hilfsbereite Leute und wunderbares Essen. Die Gastgeber haben sich stets bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu schenken, haben immer auf alle meine 100 Fragen geantwortet. Alles in allem ein total liebes Haus in dem man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon sehr.

Wir (Pärchen) haben Aris Unterkunft in Agia Effimia als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gewählt und es hat perfekt gepasst. Wir waren zu zweit, aber die Unterkunft wäre auch für vier Personen geeignet. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und der Balkon ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht über das Meer und den Hafen (3. Stock). Die Hafenpromenade und die Restaurants/Cafés befinden sich in Gehweite, allerdings ist der Anstieg zur Unterkunft sehr steil und daher wohl nicht für jede Person zu Fuß möglich. Aris Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiter!

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage. Einzig die Straße war nachts manchmal etwas laut, da hier getunte Fahrzeuge immer wieder Vollgas geben. Dafür kann aber die Gastgeberin und die Unterkunft nichts und ändert auch nichts an der guten Gesamtbewertung!

Great location, close to city center, but with easy access as well. Private parking. Very comfort flat, with plenty of space, fully equipped, very clean and tidy. Absolutely recommend 🤩🤩

Perfect location, love the private elevator entrance with code! Amazing light throughout the property, hot tub was magnificent with the view of the bay! Perfect pressure water (i find top floors can have issues with it) and AC worked well! Great communication and very helpful host! Clean and comfortable, could not ask for anything better!

We are 4-member family and we stayed at Katerina's appartment, in order to explore Kefalonia island. It's located in Karavados village, a small village about 15min from city of Argostoli. Several beaches are about 10-20min away, and market is about 7-8 minutes away. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. Katerina was always available to respond in our requests when needed. There's space outside the appartment, that can be used as parking, and the place around the appartment is very quite.

Marina and ilias (who live in the property downstairs) could not have been more kind and generous hosts when we stayed at the property in Kefelonia. Costas also was great support in finding the property. They were often on hand to offer advice about the local area or help with any questions we had. The property itself was super clean and well looked after and spacious for the two of us. There are a number of balconies on different levels facing in different directions which allows you to always have a lovely view with a glass of wine. The property is in a very small village about 2 miles from the town of Sami and is a great location for visiting a lot of the sites and villages on the island. We would happily return to Kefelonia and if we did, we would stay in the same place. Thank you so much.

My family & I stayed at this Airbnb for 7 days. We were supposed to stay for 4 days but we loved the area so much we wanted to stay another few days so Kostas & Livatho thankfully allowed us to stay a couple extra days😁 When we entered the Airbnb we were happy to see how lovely the place is! There is lots to do around the area! Nice beaches near by and a lot of awesome food places! I highly recommend this place!

Roughly 15 mins walk back into Vathy. Amazing views from the apartment overlooking the port. Lots of great restaurants to choose from in Vathy. The apartment itself was very modern and stylish and really well equipped. Garden area was very relaxing and peaceful. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Very friendly hosts, tried to answer our questions and help with our varied tasks. They provided a thorough guide on the apartment, what to do and how to get help. The apartment is spacious with air-conditioning in all rooms - however need to close all the windows and doors to activate the air conditioning. The apartment key needs to be in a socket to enable electricity - a bit of hassle that we cannot run the washing machine while we are out, had to do it in the evening. The balcony has got a great view. The location is great, close to the local beach and restaurants, however need a car for sure to explore the island, a lot of places are not possible to reach by foot. We were provided with lots of snacks e.g chilled coke, juice, water, wine and beer in the fridge. The apartment has a jacuzzi, but we did not use it as we prefer the pool downstairs. In all a great place to be and we appreciate the host's efforts and the tidy place that we could relax in and not worry about anything.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf hier! Zelfs als we niet op.pad waren gegaan zouden we hebben genoten van het mooie uitzicht vanaf het ruime balkon op de mooie tuin, zee, de (huizen trgen de) bergen, en boten.. Ook de woning zelf vonden we erg fijn en sfeervol ingericht. Extra pluspunten waren o.a de warme ontvangst, dec aparte fitness-kamer voor privé gebruik, fijne bedden plus gevulde koelkast en de lieve herdershond Lila die steeds aangelijnd was en vrijwel niet blafte. Ook de omgeving was mooi met een leuk strandje en het centrum van Lixouri op loopafstand en andere mooie plekken goed te bereiken per auto.
