Apartment holiday rentals in Century Village, Deerfield Beach

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Really nicely appointed! Excellent kitchen and bathroom amenities! Comfortable living space, great closet availability. Beach items were a total plus!! Bed comfy and extra linens and blankets available. Will DEF stay again!!!

Alexandria was super responsive as I had questions at check in on parking. Condo is cute and well kept.

My day was wonderful my family and I had a very good time and everything was lovely. Nice environment active lots to do. I enjoyed it so did my family.

This was a well-kept, nice place that is a condo but quiet enough not to bother me during my stay in terms of road and neighbor noise. When it rains, the skylight is loud. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. I stayed for a month by myself, but I think that more than one person staying here might be tough because the bedroom is a loft bedroom and you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. The sheets on the bed were too small for the bed and were ripped on the corners because of it when I got there. A few of the kitchen bar stool chairs needed fixing. But overall I was very happy with my stay here, it had everything that I needed.

Jason and Dave are fantastic hosts! They are so friendly & made us feel welcome. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. And the place is 100% perfection. Very clean with an amazing view. Can’t beat the location, we will definitely be back. Thanks Jason & Dave!!

Walking distance to beach. Very quiet neighborhood. As well as being clean, I appreciated there were a few drinks in the refrigerator.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

The location couldn’t have been better just one block from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy morning walks on the sand or catch the sunset in the evenings. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool — clean, quiet, and perfect for lounging on warm afternoons. Plus, the area around the apartment is full of great spots within walking distance: cute cafes, delicious restaurants, and fun shops I didn’t need to drive anywhere the entire trip! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beachside escape. I can’t wait to come back!

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this Miami Beach Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—close to the beach and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The space was super clean and exactly as pictured. The host management is in the same building and was responsive and thoughtful and I was allowed to extend one extra hour. Highly recommended—I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! It was exactly as described in the photos clean, stylish, and luxurious. Anna was an amazing host super friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to any questions I had. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nicole and Drew's beautiful condominium. The furnishings are luxurious and high end, but cosy and comfortable as well. Nicole and Drew were easy to work with and communicate with. They shared alot of information about the condo, the building, and the surrounding area leading up to our stay which was extremely helpful. We were really happy with our stay and hope to visit again. We had a fantastic time and we were very pleased with the Suite and the property in general! The staff was very friendly, the facilities were great. The pools were well kept and we enjoyed them, grateful for several to choose from. We would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Enjoyed our stay in Pompano Beach. Condo was nice, clean. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows and linens. Beach just across the street. Hope to come back when we can stay longer.

I had a great time staying at the Hyde. The hotel is right by the beach, so it was easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and restaurant were both really good. I especially liked having a balcony to watch the sunset. It was a peaceful and fun trip. I would definitely stay here again!
