A good apartment with nice decor and 2 cute cats. If you come by car, there is no direct access to the apartment because it is located in a pedestrian zone. For unloading, there is a 30-minute parking bay about 50 meters from the apartment so that you can unload quickly. Parking is recommended only in the underground garage as our window was smashed outside. Parking garages nearby were either full or closed and you had to leave car keys with the parking garage attendant, but we didn't necessarily want to. Recommendation would be parking garage at Prinzipe station, about 800 m away. Walking distance from the apartment you can reach all the sights: harbor, aquarium, Via Garribaldi with palaces, etc. Apartment. The surroundings were a bit special, especially in the evening, due to the large number of immigrants from Africa.

First of all, the location of this Airbnb is absolutely incredible, right in the heart of the old town and just steps away from Piazza De Ferrari. The Airbnb was also close to lots of bus stops and a short walk away from the train station, making nearby attractions very accessible. The apartment itself is beautiful, with a clean, modern interior. The highlight, though, has to be the balcony, which offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Tiziana was a fantastic host. She met us at the bus stop and walked us to the Airbnb, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and even left us a list of important emergency contacts like the police and ambulance. She also showed us how to use all the appliances and kindly left us some biscuits. Throughout our stay, she sent us plenty of great recommendations for restaurants and attractions around Genova. Overall, this Airbnb was a perfect home for exploring the city, and Tiziana’s hospitality made our stay so enjoyable.
