Great quiet accommodation, everything was perfect!

I’ve been to many Airbnb’s during my life and this is the best. It is charming and interesting, very well maintained and well located. Spotlessly clean with all the things you need in the kitchen to cook regularly. Patrick is an excellent communicator and makes you feel at home. Check in and check out is easy and I always felt safe in the neighborhood. Be aware the stairs are steep.

Lovely place. Perfect getaway

The apartment is beautiful - bright, sunny and spacious. Everything was clean and very well maintained, you immediately feel comfortable. Especially pleasant: the central location! You can get everywhere quickly and the train station is also nearby (with all its consequences). Nevertheless, the area is quiet and pleasant. Clear recommendation!

We liked the apartment very much! Location is excellent! More central is not possible and yet reasonably quiet. The bedding was very pleasant, which contributed to a good night's sleep. I would like to highlight the family friendliness: an extra crib, a changing area and a high chair were provided – this was really great and made staying with a child much easier. The equipment was overall thoughtful and functional and super convenient with a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Overall a great place to stay where we felt very comfortable. Glad to come back!

Great stay, in a quiet place and close to the center on foot. Great! I recommend it without hesitation, despite a few small details that could be reviewed.

Perfect location right in the city centre, cute narrow walking streets with lovely boutiques, very safe area. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Sebastien was a great host, proactive and attentive, made the process very easy, good communication throughout. It is on the third floor with narrow staircase so just be aware. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is tastefully furnished and is very centrally located in Montpellier. There were two of us in the accommodation and we used both rooms, including the bed in the gallery. The mattresses are super comfortable. It should be noted that you cannot stand upright on the gallery from about size 1.70 and it gets rather warm on the gallery during the night despite air conditioning. But it was also 34 degrees outside.;-) Since the apartment is very centrally located in a great, busy alley with a bar, it is not very quiet at night. But that didn't bother us. We would book the apartment again.

Great stay at Manuel's house. We had a great time. The accommodation is exactly as described. Everything is functional. The pool is really nice. Easy access. If we get a chance, we'll be back!

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Nice location, the accommodation was very quiet. The air conditioning is working very well! The only downside is that the fridge makes a little noise and can sometimes disturb sleep.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

Very functional apartment, with air conditioning. Very responsive host, perfect location to walk to the center of Montpellier. We also enjoyed the nearby parking lot. We were not sure about our driving time and Valentin was flexible on our arrival schedule, but self check-in would have allowed us to be more flexible on our schedules:)
