Townhome holiday rentals in Central Switzerland

We had a very nice stay. The house and view were very nice. However, you are dependent on a car because the house is relatively remote. By car, however, you can reach the nearest city in 10 minutes. The access road is not suitable for every vehicle because of the steep and narrowness.

Spacious house, perfect for our needs. Great outdoor space/terrace with gorgeous view of Lago Maggiore. A quick walk to the local grocery store in Pino for fresh rolls and cheese in the morning. A very friendly and nice lady lives in the house next door.

We really enjoyed staying at Clelia’s cottage. It was an easy 10 min walk to old town Vevey and the boardwalk which was really fun to visit. There’s a Tuesday market which was really fun as welll. Restaurants are pretty close. Keep in mind that groceries are closed on Sundays. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable but I’m a very light sleeper so others might be fine with that. Also be aware that it is on a Main Street and the cars can be a little loud at night. Clelia is a joy, so friendly and helpful.

The best apartments, the best owner. We very glad to met Alessandro and we visited many places, which he recommended. The house is very clear and comfortable. Authentic atmosphere, perfect views! Recommended!

We had a lovely stay in Gravedona. Francesca was always available and very flexible. The place has a very nice promenade (right outside the door) and a great beach, especially for children, which is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is on the ground floor, very reassured as the house is surrounded by greenery and gardens. There is no through traffic here as it is located in the backyard directly to the lake. The access to the lake is locked by a door, which may be used with a paddle board from Francesca. This is good, otherwise all holiday guests of the different apartments would walk by. We felt comfortable and thank Francesca. Tip: Rent a boat in Dongo, behind the Iperal or enjoy the lake by the beach. The best ice cream is on the promenade just in front of the church.

We enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful garden very much. The apartment is excellently equipped – everything you need for cooking and a relaxing stay is available. The large garden is lovingly designed and offers a fantastic view of Lake Como. There is even a barbecue area where you can barbecue with a wonderful view of the lake. From the entire complex as well as from the windows, you have a fantastic view of the water. The center of Gravedona, with its charming cafés and good restaurants, is about 15 minutes' walk away. In just 5-10 minutes by car, there are several large supermarkets with a very good selection of groceries. Grazia always responded very quickly and kindly – a lovely, helpful and warm hostess! The next time we visit Lake Como, we will definitely come back – we fell in love with this place, the garden and the view. Clear recommendation!

A great place to stay! Location and garden lovely and the view is beautiful! Clear communication and lovely welcome. Very helpful with any questions. Perhaps some information on garbage collection if staying for a week. The beds were no so comfortable however. They need updating. Additionally, it would have been good to have an outdoor BBQ option. Absolutely fantastic. We were there with 5 kids and everyone felt right at home. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The apartment was clean and bright. The beds comfortable. The garden was a highlight and there we always ate together and played games in the evening. It's a quiet area. There is so much to do nearby. such as the many museums (Tinguely, Vitra, Natural History, Ecomusée D'Alsace, ....), but also beautiful nature (near Fricktal), Basel as a city ... The care from the hostess was always super fast and we received a lot of great information even before leaving. 5 stars are reasonable here.

We had a nice cycling trip and appreciated the garage for our car and bikes. We had lovely weather so the only thing we missed is a terrace/garden on the quiter side, but the place was as on the photos and very clean. Thank you Jianqian for being responsive! All the best.

We had a great time in Avignon. The accommodation is nice, identical to the photos and close to the lake, which is a real plus. The kitchen is very well equipped, with lots of dishes, and even a plancha. Bed and bath linens are available. Our host was welcoming and left a beautiful fruit basket for us.

Very clean accommodation, beautiful location, peaceful; House large enough for 3 adults and 3 children, which was necessary because of a mild weather and allowed the children to carry out indoor activities on some days. Interesting location allowing visits to the Lombard bank of Lake Major.

This house lives up to its name! We spent the Pentecost days here as a family get-away with eleven people over three generations. The house was perfectly suited for this, the room layout ideal and generous. We enjoyed the kitchen, cooked three meals in it, the hot tub was used several times and we played in the garden. The furnishings are stylish and practical. You can tell that Jessica is a dedicated host who wants to make her guests' stay as pleasant and smooth as possible. In Rixheim, there are great bakeries, Mulhouse and Colmar were worth a day trip. On Sundays, we treated ourselves to the Alsatian breakfast - this is also a clear recommendation. We will keep this stay in the best memory. MERCI!!

Me and my girlfriend had our first couple's vacation and this airbnb was perfect for it Its a very warm and welcoming place (in no small part thanks firepit too) and full of charm The location is perfect with a comfortable distance from public transport and some places of interest too (like the castle righr above it) If we ever get a chance we are going to rent this airbnb again in the future for sure

Beautiful character house in an interesting, authentic and surprising village. The thousand ponds in good weather are beautiful Recommended for groups.

Accommodation: The house is easily accessible and there are two parking spaces. The accommodation matches the photos and everything you need for daily life is there. The view from the living room and the upper bedroom is a dream. You can look directly at Lake Constance. Location: The location is great! In about 10-15 minutes on foot, you can reach the harbor in the center of Überlingen. A beach is about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation and is highly recommended. The area in which the house is located was very quiet during our stay. Every now and then you can hear the train stopping below the accommodation, but it didn't bother us, as it wasn't a permanent noise. Conclusion: We would book Moritz's accommodation again and again. He responds quickly, is friendly and the location and the furnishings of the accommodation are great!

As someone who had the privilege to visit this amazing country and really get to see so much in 7 days this place is so well located to explore all the breathtaking places Interlaken is 25 minutes Zurich is about 1.5 hours Lauterbrunnen and grindelwald about 45 minutes dedicated parking for the house the house itself is very spacious 3 individual bedrooms all amenities are present in the house including a seperate washing machine room the host is very very responsive and genuine he went out of his way and showed us some amazing Swiss hospitality cannot go wrong with this place we were a group of 3 but it has more space for larger groups highly recommended

The place was very nice & modernly furnished. Exactly my taste. Seba was very easy to reach and was very nice & accommodating. The location is quiet and relaxed. We had a lovely time.

We spent one afternoon at Markus's place to have a party. He was flexible in check-in time, the place was really beautiful, modern, and clean. We had a great time there.

This is an extremely nice place, very well designed, constructed, and outfitted. I could live here and be very happy. Everything is immaculate and functions perfectly. The location is great as far as the view. It is about as far up the hill as you can go and still be in Visp, so it's a bit of a walk to get down to the restaurants and grocery. But that's fine - there's a bus that drops you about 100m from the front door. It's very peaceful, the back yard was our favorite place to sit and just talk and look at the beauty of God's creation. It's a priceless view. We all slept very well here, and everyone was happy with the uniqueness of this place. I couldn't get over the warm fuzzy feeling the kitchen gave me. It felt like a modern take on a 70s vibe or something. I grew up in the 70s. So it just warmed my heart. Everything looked and functioned like new, but just gave me that vibe if you know what I mean. Overall, we were all very happy and would stay here again.
