We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this wonderful apartment! The environment was truly inviting and comfortable, from the well thought through furnishings to the breathtaking views from its superb location. What set this experience apart was the responsive host, who made sure our needs were met. As parents, we were impressed by the array of child-friendly amenities provided – they made our stay infinitely more relaxing and fun. It's clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring we felt completely at ease and incredibly comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

The place was as described. The checkin checkout process was clear and without any confusion. The house was clean and all the things were as described. The parking was near lift and also easy to access. The lift is quite busy due to lot of people arriving due to holiday season which is obvious. Overall had a great time.

A very comfortable and convenient stay with a great view. The host was super friendly and responsive, and gave me lots of great recommendations for places to explore and local food to try. Really enjoyed the experience!

The place was very clean. We had to check in very late at 1030 but was greeted by 2 lovely caretakers. They helped with the luggage and brought us to the unit. We even left behind a charger and had to trouble them to arrange a timing for collection. They went above and beyond what they had to do due to our carelessness. The unit is clean and had everything we need. Restaurants and attractions are very near and grab can be easily found to get to the attractions. Within walking distance are many food options as well. There is a back gate of the condo that leads directly to the beach behind. Very accessible. If you are driving, dont have to worry as their parking is a basement parking. No need to go round many levels up and down. Lift lobby is also very near parking lot given. Will definitely book here again if i come back to Penang.

I travel quite often for my business trip in Penang. Among all the homestay unit I’ve ever stayed in Straits Quay, This is the best unit so far! The unit is newly renovated, comfortable and clean! Highly recommended. Very helpful & responsive host as well. Will book again for my next trips!

Responsive host. Had a good stay with my family & pet puppy. Exterior of building needs fresh coat of paint but unit looks modern.

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

The house is awesome and clean..the view so nice..the host very easy to communicate..Just need to improve about place to take the key..and please complaint at management about games room because you pay the maintenance right.. many games cant use already..Overall OK..Will come again

This apartment was perfect for our family. So nice to come home to a modern and comfortable space. Doel responded to any questions we had in a matter of minutes, pool and grounds are spotless. Would absolutely stay here again / thanks

Pax’s place a perfect gathering place for the family amongst dad, 3 sisters (one from Australia, one from Selangor and one from Penang herself) as well as for the nieces. His place is so comfortable and feels like home. We didn’t do much touristy activities but are happy with the facilities provided by the condo.

We had a fantastic stay in this 3-bedroom Airbnb! The spacious living room boasted a lovely view, and the fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus. The location was super convenient, with Gurney Paragon just a 15-minute walk away, and a nearby hawker center for easy dining. One minor drawback was that one bedroom didn't have an outdoor view, but it was still acceptable. The only other thing that could use improvement were the bath towels, which felt a bit worn out. Despite these minor issues, we'd definitely recommend this place for its great location, amenities, and parking lot. We'll definitely come back and stay again!

Location is the best thing about this accommodation. Walking distance to many popular food places. The view floor the high floor was amazing!
