I had a pleasant stay at this well-maintained property. The space was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, making for a relaxing experience. The host was responsive, and the overall ambiance was great. However, I believe bath accessories could be improved to enhance the experience further. With a few upgrades or adjustments, this place could be perfect. Would still recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Location is really good, you ll have a great view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Breathtaking views. House is really nice and clean. Staff members are really friendly. They communicate well and they can cook 👨‍🍳 well. If you want to use the pool please let them know early, pool is having fresh water from mountains. If you have a driver, he/she can have their own drivers unit at the back of the house. Rooms are really good and all the rooms have attached bathrooms. This place is good for 8 people. We will be back again ☺️🤩🎉

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve been to. Located in a peaceful surrounding and feels completely private. Gayani was already reaching out before our check in dates to ensure everything’s smooth. Roman & the chef were the highlight! They cooked us a feast and all of us enjoyed the delicious dinner. A must try! The house itself is huge and has an antique touch. Feels right at home. Great place to spend time with family. Wouldn’t think twice to book this place again on our next visit. Loved it.

This villa was the perfect place for our stay! It's like a private apartment on the second floor with a separate entrance – even better than we expected. It has two air-conditioned rooms, a spacious living area, a kitchen, and a washing machine, which was super helpful for our kids’ clothes. Supun and his parents were incredibly kind and took great care of us. Just 100 meters from the villa, we found a hidden gem – Popham’s Arboretum. There was also a special night hike to spot the Slender Loris – an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Supun for recommending it! We’ll definitely be coming back!

This was by far one of the most beautiful airbnbs I have been to! The staff were incredibly helpful and the house itself was gorgeous. Thank you and I hope to be back again!

Maybe the bathrooms and the charging points can be redone and the mattresses can be more comfortable. Otherwise overall we had an amazing stay with the best view

If you’re a nature lover, this is the perfect getaway for you. Imagine waking up to the soothing melodies of birdsong—it’s an experience we thoroughly enjoyed. Make sure to arrive before dark, as finding the place can be a bit tricky after sunset. A special shoutout to the chefs—they are truly exceptional! The food was not only delicious but also prepared with great care, and their friendly and helpful demeanor added to the charm of our stay. All in all, it’s a stunning haven nestled in the heart of a lush forest—a serene escape surrounded by nature’s beauty.

Sujith is a great host, our family of 15 enjoyed the stay, and definitely recommending others who wishes to visit kandy to rent his place. The place is clean, privacy, secured environment and breathtaking view. They are helpers also at your disposal for basic needs or assistance.

Wow. We absolutely adored the trip. The accommodation is simply stunning, every bedroom was spacious and the communal areas so well maintained. The staff were all attentive, helpful and polite. Mr Maha was always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed. He arranged a tour of a local tea factory and always had a lovely smile on his face. The location is very remote. There are bugs and insects. So take a driver (accommodation available) and bug spray. Food was lovely and a great choice. We had massages, which were arranged by Mr Maha and were absolutely fantastic. Some of our group did a cooking class which they loved. We all were able to taste their food. Genuinely such a beautiful place to stay surrounded by nature and peace. Five stars! Highly recommended

Sampath's place was the perfect starting point for our Sri Lanka trip. The secluded location offered breathtaking views, and everything we needed was taken care of. My family, including my kid and parents, loved it there. The caretakers, were incredibly friendly and great hosts. The food she cooked for us was also really great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Some places you stay at, others stay with you - this was definitely the latter. We came to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, and somehow everything just clicked - the people, the setting, the timing. Shirani, our host, was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and her help made the day feel so personal and special. The home is stunning, peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of character. Even the most beautiful photos can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. Chef Kavin’s food was unforgettable. Absolutely soul-satisfying. We pushed our checkout just to have one more meal. Kapila, our butler, quietly ensured everything ran smoothly. Milan, the manager was kind, responsive and was always ready to help. Chandra and the gardener kept everything spotless, quietly working in the background. This trip became one of those rare, treasured memories. Our hearts are full and this place will forever be a part of our daughter’s first chapter.

Sandalwood is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. The house and the interiors are modern and tasteful. The infinity pool overlooking the river and the mountains is superb. The staff is very gentle and proactive. Leslie prepare fresh breakfast and cook excellent dinner. Kumara is taking care about the house as if it was her property and perform perfect laundry service. Very interesting the Victoria golf club’s history and how this beautiful project run by big Sri Lankan’s company help the local community.

Grand Hills is a fitting name for a villa with amazing views of the surrounding hills and Kandy area. Don's team at the villa were helpful and (especially Mr Chaminda); we were given local recommendations and they were very responsive to any requests or questions. The villa is a good size - our extended family had plenty of space and most rooms have a private balcony. The children enjoyed watching the monkeys on the roof in the morning. The Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and we were able to walk to the neighbouring resort for lunch and dinner. Pool was pristine.

The staff were amazing—always attentive, friendly, and responsive to all our requests, including accommodating the needs of our toddler, which we greatly appreciated. A standout feature of our stay was the amazing cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings as we enjoyed the stunning scenery. Additionally, the staff guided us to a beautiful local waterfall, where we had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying nature. It was a memorable highlight of our trip. The only area for improvement is the food. While it was decent, we’d love to see more fresh vegetables included in the menu to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with top-notch hospitality, and opportunities to explore local beauty

We took a vacation in May of this year. The accommodation and photos fully match the description, everything is clean and beautiful. We were satisfied with the vacation and extended it for a few more days. We came specifically to see the villa in order to book it for the summer (2 months), but what a surprise it was that the ad indicated the entire villa, but in fact it turned out that the rooms were rented separately. If you come with the whole family in 4 bedrooms, the price is very different. This is not indicated on the website! It turns out that this is like a hotel rented by rooms, and accordingly, the rooms should be cleaned every day and the linen should be changed. We were not provided with this service. At my request, our personal belongings were washed for a separate fee, respectively.
