Chalet holiday rentals in Central Province

Let’s start saying that this is a hidden paradise. I was looking for something quite and not too expensive where to rest and working online and I found this gem on airbnb. Everything in this place is unbelievable! Location is stunning, rooms are luxury level, food is the best I’ve tried in Sri Lanka so far (local traditional cuisine), and last but not least, the family. Lalith is the owner and he is one of the most genuine person i’ve ever met, willing to help in every way possible. He suggested me all the coolest place in Sri Lanka (he is a tour agent), he suggested me where to find the best local market and places, and also, the most valuable thing, his company. I’m so happy to have found this place is Sri Lanka, and till now is my favourite! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Starting with the host first, Peter is super helpful and friendly, he provided clear instructions from the very first day I booked the place, and kept on checking continuously if we needed anything till the time of checkout. Sumith and Raja were helpful as well. Coming to the property, please note this property is in the middle of the jungle, so you get to enjoy wildlife and nature at its best, but please note not everyone has that preference So choice is yours, the place and property clearly matches the description and is perfect for someone who is looking to spend some time in nature in it’s pure and raw form

Verry quiet place in the middle of the nature. Perfekt for relaxing. There are three Cabins, one situated more in the forest with a nice view, the other two are between other two houses but still in the nature with a nice terrace from were you can see the monkeys, birds... They have a “Restaurant“ with verry good food but we think a little bit expensive compared to other Sri Lankan restaurants. We felt verry welcome and would come again.

Es ist wunderschön im Dschungel gelegen mit Naturpool, sehr ruhig und so schön grün alles. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und toll - mit Sofa, großem Spiegel - eingerichtet. Man kann Frühstück und Dinner dazu buchen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, es ist eine große Freude bei ihnen zu sein.

Sakula, his family and his friends always looked at us well and we felt comfortable. We had exciting trips that we always remember well. thanks for that! The food was super delicious! everything was great. Thanks for the great days and see you soon ! Dinah & Chris
