This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

My place is a large house in the town centre where all the restaurants and shops are and is only 150-200 metres from the lakefront. Guests enter via our front door but are downstairs in our B&B space. Miro Street is surrounded by cafe's, pubs, pizzerias, shops, Gelato, the Cinema and supermarkets. Buses to Milford Sound etc. leave from our street. This guest area has two queen sized bed-rooms each with private bathrooms in a quirky 70s-style home.

Our Guest Studio is located high up in Arthurs Point overlooking the valley below, with magnificent, unobstructed views over mountains and towards Coronet Peak. Breakfast ( homemade bread) is included. Spacious room, with kitchenette, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle + Sink. No hobs for cooking. Private patio.
