Welcome! Villa StrandRo is a cozy and peaceful cottage by the lake. Built 2022, the cottage is next to the lake and forest, here is a beautiful marked nature trail which leads to an outdoor campfire site in Molnviken. The picture of the hut is from there. Children's playground about 1 km from the cottage. You can come here to enjoy nature and water. The rowing boat is free to use during your stay. Enjoy the baths of a barrel sauna with a wood stove all year round. We also rent SUP-boards (2 pcs)

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Welcome to this unique upstairs apartment in a central location (3 km to the city center) with beach plot. The apartment, which has its own entrance, offers comfortable and spacious indoor spaces, with bathroom and kitchen equipped for your needs. The terrace will be your own private oasis with lake view, where you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation of summer time. It is possible to book our outdoor sauna for an extra special experience with a refreshing bath/winter bath.

The sandy beach is about 100m away with a cafe flea on the beach. (in the summer) Next to it is a golf course (for a fee) and a tennis court (free of charge). Vi erbjuder en fräsch och modern stuga på lugnt och naturnära läge med utsikt över Alholmsfjärden. Stugan är lokaliserad endast tre km från Jakobstads centrum. Stugan består av 40 välplanerade kvadratmeter med bl.a ; välutrustat kök med matservis för tio personer, tv, grill, bastu samt uppvärmd utepool samt en egen privat strand och stor terrass. För övernattning finns till förfogande en våningssäng samt en utbäddbar soffa.

The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.
