Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Jakarta City

Many restaurants around only at downstairs, have a nice view of Jakarta.

A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

It was a great experience for sure Elvira helped a lot during in various questions and was always responsive. The apartment itself has a perfect location near to Epicentrum Walk and Kokas, which have all you need for life. Inside the apartment everything is tidy, and the view from the balcony just stole my heart! The only thing you might consider are several mosques in front of the windows, so starting from 3 am it gets noisy, on some days even for the whole day. But even here Elvira left fresh earplugs for my convenience, so sleep was also great. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Paskasius’ place is comfortable, clean, and there are plenty of security guards around the building, so we felt safe. There’s also direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall. We’ll definitely come back.

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

Lokasinya strategis, helper sigap saat diminta bantuan, fasilitas lumayan lengkap, saat ada beberapa yang kurang, helper langsung menyediakan. Rumahnya juga bagus dan beberapa spot bisa dijadikan lokasi untuk photoshot.

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

We had a great stay at Panagiotis’s place! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, which was perfect for the weather. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. I love this location! Conveniently nearby the mall. Like 5 minute walk. The room — Im a minimalist so I found it perfect. I dont like too much space. Sturdy and comfortable mattress + tempurpedic pillow. Bonus to have a microwave. Utensils could be improved though. But overall great price for the stay

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.
