Holiday rentals with lake access in Central Jakarta City

Great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. The location was convenient and quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again!

house is good. there is a playground according to the photos, children like it. there is a kitchen, 3 kmr sleeping, 3 kmr bathing. there is no washing machine and dryer. overall good. the condition of the room and everything else is good, tidy. thank you so much. there is a pool in the complex. the playgrounds kids like to play. there are cooking, slides, ball pools,there are books, there is a small theater to watch. bunk beds at 2 kmr.

The place is like home, clean, well equipped and very pleasant

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Great place, conveniently located near Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia Mall. It is also located in the same building as the Glow church, allowing us to attend the 6 am session.

A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

The place is big enough for 4 people. Moreover, the child is happy with his/her room. It's just a pity that the TV can turn on but the channel is not available so I can't watch it. But overall good. Very responsive too

We really enjoyed our stay at Mr Jakob's apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location of the apartment is very well connected to Jakarta city centre and has direct connection to Kuningan city mall for shopping, gym, swimming pool, etc. Mr Jakob was very approachable and replied to our messages and queries. We are very grateful for Mr Jacob's help for our stay at the apartment. Overall we highly recommend this apartment for those of you who have the need to live in the centre of Jakarta and need the convenience to get the needs you need.

Recommended place to stay - private,quiet surroundings,comfy unit and feels like home.water dispenser is available,even they have iron amd board,completed with hairdryer and hair straightener 😄😄 if only they add smart TV in the unit,all will be perfect! Surely will Comeback again.
