Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Central Jakarta City

Tempatnya sangat bersih dan rapi, furniturnya masih baru semua. Tidak ada komplain berarti, semuanya sesuai dengan apa yang dideskripsikan. Nyaman dan luas, cukup untuk 10 orang.

Rumah nya sangat homey, berasa di rumah sendiri. Kamar nya bersih bersih, penjaga rumah sangat rumah dan responsible, area kolam cukup dan bersih. 9/10 Paling koreksi buat water heatter nya sih kak, kaya kebalik gitu arah nya. Jadi keluarga aku pada kepanasan banget itu aja tolong di cek lagi ya. Selebihnya mantap djiwaaaa

7명이 지낼 숙소를 찾아보았는데 숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 1층은에어콘이 없지만 실링팬을 켜두면 괜찮습니다. 수영장에서 수영은 못했지만 모여서 발 담고 수다떨었어요. 체크인 전 / 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길 수 잇는지 문의했는데 매우 친절하게 가능하다고 했습니다. 여러명이 가신다면 추천합니다

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

Nice and tidy room. So comfortable and the apartment’s location is so near to everywhere. Very recommended

Laundry service

My recent stay was nothing short of fantastic! The location was absolutely perfect for my needs. Every aspect, from the pristine cleanliness to the outstanding amenities and convenient location, contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort were evident throughout. I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

Devi’s place is thoughtfully put together. I really appreciated how clean and comfortable it was. She even prepared some welcome snacks, and water, which I was extremely grateful for after a long day. The apartment is equipped with basic kitchen utensils and a washing machine. There is a coffee shop downstairs, which is really convenient. Anytime I had a question she responded immediately and was incredibly helpful. She would also periodically check in to give me local recommendations. I ended up extending my stay for a few more days, and it was totally worth it.

Pros : Lokasi ditengah2 jakarta jdi kemana2 deket. Shower nya bener2 oke water pressurenya. Sangat bersih dan well equipped. View nya lumayan krn ada dilantai 30. Ada snack & airmineral, plus kulkas yg gede & dingin. Ditiap ruangan ada AC. Host sangat helpful & responsive Disekitaran banyak banget tempat jajan. Cons : Dijam berangkat & pulang kerja agak macet yaa, wajar. Perfect space untuk 3 dewasa, kalo lebih + koper2 mungkin agak kurang longgar space nya. Jam checkin/checkout straight 2pm-11am lol

Great apartment stay at Jakarta

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

This was the perfect place to stay with a large group. It was secure, clean, modern, and comfortable. The host was easy to get in contact with at all times and super helpful. The accomodation also included a water dispenser and a gallon bottle for each day. It was conveniently located near the embassy’s.

Menginap di tempat Kak Dian nyaman , enak , tenang.. Dekat alfa , lawson, dan atm center, tempat makan jg dekat tinggal turun. Ke lobby semua ada .. Tuan rumah jg ramah dan baik .. Recommended

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!
