Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Central Greece

Grossartig und entspannend! Sehr freundlicher Empfang und super Kommunikation via Chatportal von Airbnb. Frische Tomaten, Gurken und Aprikosen aus dem eigenen Garten und Eier von den eigenen Hühner. Für Nachschub war auch immer gesorgt. Die Aussicht ist Atemberaubend! Im Infinitypool konnte man sich wunderbar abkühlen. Dieser war stehts sauber und die Wassertemperatur immer sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist äusserst ruhig, will man auswärts Essen gehen- so erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten die Strandpromenade. Schön war auch, das es nicht so touristisch ist- man erlebt also eine sehr authentische atmosphäre. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Ausflug nach Patras oder Nafpaktos. Beides sehr schön! Wie haben uns stehts sicher und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

Το σπίτι ειναι απλα υπέροχο! 3 πανέμορφα υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία μολυ μεγάλη, κουζίνα εξαιρετική πεντακαθαρη και εξοπλισμενη με οτι χρειάζεσαι, αλάτια, πιπερια, λάδι, καφέ εσπρεσο ακομα και πλαστικά ποτηράκια είχε. 2 μπάνια στον πανω όροφο στα υπνοδωμάτια μεγαλα και 1 wc στον κάτω όροφο επισης πεντακάθαρα οπου ειχε πάλι τα πάντα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν, κρέμα μαλλιών, πετσέτες εξτρα χεριών αρκετες και ακομα και αποσμητικά σώματος και χαρτιά χαρτομάντιλα για όσους δεν χρησιμοποιούν πετσέτες για το πρόσωπο! Η Εμμα καταπληκτική οικοδεσπότης, πολυ φιλική και ευγενική, υπέροχος άνθρωπος! Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα την Εμμα και το υπέροχο σπίτι της για να περάσετε τις διακοπές η το σαββατοκύριακο σας με την παρεα η την οικογένεια σας! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

Un super séjour à Nafpaktos dans un logement parfait ! Le logement était très propre, propose tous les équipements nécessaires (linge de lit, serviettes de bain, sèche cheveux, papier toilette, machine à café, thé, lave vaisselle, petite salle de bain individuelle dans chaque chambre…) et est idéalement situé à 3 min à pieds de la plage. Un vrai plus pour le jacuzzi et la terrasse, qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Merci encore à Dimitrios et Olga pour leur gentillesse, et pour nous avoir recommandé quelques adresses de restaurants où l’on s’est régalé ! Je recommande sans hésitation, et espère revenir l’année prochaine :)

I can’t say enough good things about Harry and his lovely Air BnB. Harry is an excellent host. It’s clear he cares about his guests. He offered to arrange transportation, recommended places to eat, and was quick to communicate with me and make sure I made it to the apartment without any issues. I knew if I needed something, Harry was just a quick text or phone call away. The apartment itself is just gorgeous. When you step outside, you’re already surrounded by so much to do - restaurants, shopping, music, etc. But if you want to stay in, you can have a coffee on the balcony and just enjoy the view of the streets and listen to the lively chatter of Athens. But my favorite part was enjoying a glass of wine (provided by Harry!) on the massive terrace and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day of exploring . The apartment is a unique combination of cute, cozy, and chic. I wish I could say more, but I’m running out of space. Bottom line: you won’t regret booking here! Thank you Harry

Very impressed with our visit. Beautiful place with a unique high quality style! The bed is very comfortable and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better location or place to stay.

Sehr geräumige Wohnräume und Außenbereiche, mit wunderschönen Blick auf Meer, See und Berge! Bis auf das Ausfallen des Whirlpools am ersten Abend war alles perfekt! Dafür hatten wir aber auch Verständnis, manche Dinge lassen sich eben nicht innerhalb einiger Tage beheben. Tipp für die nächsten Gäste: Bleibt eisern und füttert die Katzen nicht! Es werden von Tag zu Tag mehr und sie werden immer penetranter!

Kyriakos est un hôte très agréable, à l’écoute et réactif. Il a à cœur de rendre votre séjour le plus plaisant possible et d’améliorer votre expérience. La maison est très grande, accueillante et calme. Située à environ 30 minutes du centre d’Athènes, elle est isolée ce qui permet de ne pas être dérangé par les voisins, pour autant, les taxis trouvent facilement et viennent jusqu’à votre porte. Bien équipée, 6 chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain et toilettes privatives dans chacune d’elle. Des supermarchés à quelques minutes de voiture vous permettent de faire vos courses. Bref, une maison parfaite pour un long week-end à Athènes ou même une semaine de vacances entre amis ou en famille, afin d’avoir un lieu paisible et agréable depuis lequel découvrir la ville et sa région.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Вилла находится в волшебном месте -вокруг горы и шикарный вид на море. В пяти минутах езды "Platania", там построили новую марину и можно купить все необходимые продукты. В часе езды - большой город "Volos". Рядом много троп, можно гулять по цветущим горам. Домов в окраине не много поэтому это место для интровертов. В доме два камина,каждый вечер ужинали у камина с огнем. Перед домом есть терасса, для нас это было место, для занятий йогой и спортом . Вилла чистая и уютная. Для комфортной жизни и отдыха есть абсолютно все. Местные коты разных мастей будут захаживать в гости, лисы, черепахи, и семьи кабанов))) Мы провели месяц и это были классные греческие каникулы!

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. All your friends will be jealous. Thank you so much Lena, Konstantina and Andrea.

We where very late at the house, because our luggage was not on the airport. so we call, that we are not at time at the House, that was not a problem. Eline left some food in refrigerator. That was very nice. The house is very comfortable and clean. Nearby there are restaurants. We had a Lovely Stay. Thank you Eline for the good communication. What to say about Villa Karerina....we will be forever comparing other villas to this one as it was perfect! Charming host who couldn't do enough for us and everything we asked for she sorted. We spent more time at the villa than planned as we couldn't drag ourselves away. Pool was fantastic and views out of this world; watching the planes taking off and land were mesmerising. The villa was well equipped and a supermarket walkable in about half an hour with a taxi back as there is a steep hill to walk back up with shopping bags, so wouldn't recommend doing that unless you are extremely fit. Villa is very private and taxi rides not massively expensive into town, only a 10 minute drive away. We all highly recommend this villa to others. We can't wait to book again; if we don't next year it would surely be the year after. The views, villa amenities and location were just wonderful and will be ever imprinted on our minds!

What a magical place here. The fire place and the hot tub were the highlights. The town is amazing with lots to do outdoors and the food at local restaurants was perfect. Great experience and host.
