Holiday rentals with beach access in Central Greece

We had an absolutely lovely time at Eleni's apartment! From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The location is unbeatable-just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy swims in the morning as well as being able to eat breakfast outside whilst looking at the sea. It's really peaceful but also so close to lots of restaurants and bars as well as the local shop. Eleni was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided a lovely welcome basket of local treats for our arrival. We're already dreaming of our next visit to this slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene beachside escape!

I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed staying at Maria’s condo - the view was simply magnificent. The weather was not terrible but also a little on the rainy side - we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Maria recommended some restaurants in the nearby village, and they were all excellent. Last, one of our party fell ill for a short period- nothing terribly serious - and Maria’s mother - also Maria - actually brought her tea and rice to help mend - it was such kindness! Five stars across the board!

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Small gifts in the fridge upon arrival Thank you so much . Apartment located between the main road and the sea, ground floor. Comfortable apartment and beautiful sea view Nevertheless, we regretted the reception by SMS, and a small lack of equipment to our liking No microwave, real table on the terrace for dinner and deckchair for basking in the sun. In addition, going down to the beach by the stairs was not possible for me It does not meet the standards, the last step measures more than 40 cm and there is no ramp. I had reported my knee problems... Without these small shortcomings, the apartment would deserve a 15/10 VERY GOOD

It's a beautiful place, very convenient in every way. Quiet. Store's, restaurants, ferry, beach and more... All at walking distance. plus a beautiful sunset!.

This was our second time in the apartment and we had a wonderful time again. Super central location and the apartment has everything you need. Alexandros is a great host and helps whenever you have a question. Would come back anytime.

Maria's place was like the dream island apartment with an incredible terrace and view even from the main bedroom. the apartment was just the right size, very comfortable beds, very relaxing as all in neutrals. the perfect place for a family looking for peace and tranquility! we loved the walks to it, made friends with the neighbourhood cats. just beware for those with any knee or mobility issues there are many flights of stairs from all sides...but it makes you fit if that's not an issue! we would definitely stay there again next time when visiting Skiathos. We like to be away from the crowds but central enough to walk, and that view was like a dream, so don't hesitate to book this place in a heartbeat 💓

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

ONE OF THE BEST HOUSES I'VE EVER STAYED IN. EXCELLENT AND THE OWNERS EXCELLENT IN ALL MY QUESTIONS IMMEDIATE ANSWER. THE HOUSE IS EXCELLENT AND ALL THE PRODUCTS THEY HAVE ARE UNIQUE. YOU DON'T NEED TO TAKE ANYTHING WITH YOU, IT HAS EVERYTHING. THEIR BALCONY HAS A TERRIBLE VIEW AND THE HOUSE IS UNIQUE !!!

Our stay at Eleni’s beautiful Greek house was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was her generosity in supplying fresh vegetables, eggs & olive oil all from her property. We were treated to several delicious authentic local dishes which reflected the region’s rich culinary traditions, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The house itself was a stunning example of authentic Greek architecture, with charming details that gave it a unique character. The view was breathtaking—panoramic scenes of the sparkling sea and distant islands. Whether enjoying a meal on the terrace or relaxing with a glass of wine, the landscape made every moment special. This stay was more than just a vacation; it felt like an immersion into Greek culture, thanks to the host’s warmth and hospitality. What an amazing place and host. As the last leg of our Greece trip, this was the perfect island and place to top it off. The place was in the middle of everything, was. Clean, chic, modern and high end; like it was your own. Louisa as a host went above and beyond our high expectations. There were three of us in the accommodation to visit friends in Karystos. It was all fine. A beautiful beach at the foot of the mountain, about seven minutes by car to Karystos, which is necessary for Euboea. The beds were very comfortable, the location very quiet with a beautiful view of the bay. We would like to book it again soon. :-)

We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

the house was very clean,with all the comforts one needs to stay for days and feel like home.The communication was impeccable and was exactly what we saw in the photos!!!thank you very much for everything and we will definitely prefer it again!!!

Georgia was friendly and communicative. Prior to our arrival, she gave us instructions on how to get to the unit and her mother then guided us to the unit. The living room/ kitchen is spacious and has its own AC unit. We did not end up using the second bedroom this stay, but it is separate from the main bedroom so there is privacy between the two rooms. This location was very close to the beach and easy to get around to stores and other activities by foot. Lovely stay!

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Anna’s place was great! 3 min walk from the beach and really delicious affordable restaurants. Anna was super responsive and helpful!!!

We found the place easily. We received good instructions on how to get in the place but somehow the details of how to have the electricity work for us North Americans not use to have to use a key card for it to work was omitted. The owner rectified that error as soon as possible via texts. This was a one night stay for us but we did enjoy the space and the little cafe downstairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was great it felt like home and you had it all. There is right next door for coffee and breakfast as well as anything else you need to cook. the place is close to all shops, restaurants,club 10 minutes walk. generally highly recommend

The space was very comfortable and accommodating. Even though we stayed for one night, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here for a much needed rest. Vangelis was especially helpful by providing us with recommendations on where to go for food and points of interest. He also offered to drive us from and to the airport for a far cheaper price than a taxi, as well as giving us recommendations on places to visit during our other stays in Skiathos and Skopelos. Very friendly and kind overall.

The place was very clean and exactly as described. I heard from friends that the area was a bit shady but I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurants and bars nearby. Customer service overall was very good all over Athens. The only downside I would say about the place was the mattress which felt a bit worn out especially on one side. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable place in a convenient location!

Marios is a fantastic host, he went above and beyond. I arrived late and he was there to greet me at the gate. He personally showed me to the studio and made sure I was well accommodated. Lovely sea views and lovely balcony to sit on and relax. If I ever travel to the area again I would definitely return to this Studio.

Antigoni was lovely, very kind, polite and responsive. The place was great, the view is breathtaking!
