Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Central Greece

Хорошая квартира, чисто, уютно. Удобно добираться до достопримечательностей, остановка автобуса в 1 минуте ходьбы. Очень милый и колоритный район, рядом огромный гипермаркет, ресторан. Единственный минус - достаточно шумно, слышно и соседей сверху, и голоса с улицы, шум от дороги.

Μας άρεσε πολύ η διαμονή μας εκεί πραγματικά νιώσαμε οικεία από το πρώτο λεπτό. Ήταν πολύ πολύ καθαρά και προσεγμένα και η τοποθεσία ήταν κοντά στα μέσα μαζικής. Μας τα εξήγησε η Μαρίνα όλα κατευθείαν και ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική. Στην κουζίνα είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για μαγείρεμα. Στο μπάνιο κάτι που μας έκανε εντύπωση είναι ότι υπήρχε 2 σαμπουάν,οδοντόβουρτσα και οδοντόκρεμα μαζί με βελόνα και κλωστή και κάτι άλλα απαραίτητα που δεν το βλέπουμε συχνά. Γενικά ήταν όλα πολύ προσεγμένα και το σπίτι ήταν ήσυχο. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επιλέγαμε 🩷

Angeliki’s home is beautiful, peaceful and exactly what our family of five needed during our stay in Athens. The location is perfect for walking to sites and wonderful and diverse restaurants. Angeliki greeted us on arrival, walked us through everything we needed to know and was immediately responsive for any questions of the home or her city. We will be back to her home when in Athens again!

Ioanna was an extremely gracious host. She was very kind, and had flexible check in/out times. The area was very safe, with great places to eat nearby. Felt very safe at night, lots of people enjoying life in the neighborhood. Overall a fantastic and spacious spot I couldn’t recommend more. Great stay!

It was fantastic. I loved that robes were also provided— such a luxurious added detail. It was a wonderful place to return to after long days of walking. The only thing I would keep in mind to future guests is that the bathroom is tiny and may be difficult if you have more than 1 person with you. But, honestly, this place is so thought out! I’m big on having a comfortable bed and pillows when staying anywhere, and this place had both! Highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

My friend and I stayed at Paul’s apartment during our exchange semester in Piraeus, and we had a really good stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to the marina, cafés, restaurants, shops, and with easy access to public transport. Paul was a great host – kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. He made us feel welcome from the beginning and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We felt at home and can genuinely recommend both the apartment and Paul as a host

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ο οικοδεσπότης διαθέσιμος όποτε και αν τον χρειαστήκαμε! Θα πρότεινα να τοποθετηθούν κουρτίνες στα υπνοδωμάτια για περισσότερη ιδιωτικότητα. Το μόνο «πρόβλημα» ήταν ότι δεν χαρήκαμε αρκετά τον χώρο μιας και ήμασταν όλη μέρα στην καταπληκτική θάλασσα της περιοχής!

Nous avons eu une superbe expérience, nous recommandons sans hésitation! Le logement était grand et propre. Nous avons adoré la petite terrasse sur le toit!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι ήταν φοβερή.Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο με όλες τις ανέσεις και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο.Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική αφού είναι δίπλα στα Καλάβρυτα.Για την κ Άννα δεν έχουμε λόγια, πολύ εξυπηρετική και ήταν διαθέσιμη όποτε τη χρειαστήκαμε.Σπανίζουν τέτοιοι οικοδεσπότες. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα θα σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά σίγουρα.

Un super séjour à Nafpaktos dans un logement parfait ! Le logement était très propre, propose tous les équipements nécessaires (linge de lit, serviettes de bain, sèche cheveux, papier toilette, machine à café, thé, lave vaisselle, petite salle de bain individuelle dans chaque chambre…) et est idéalement situé à 3 min à pieds de la plage. Un vrai plus pour le jacuzzi et la terrasse, qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Merci encore à Dimitrios et Olga pour leur gentillesse, et pour nous avoir recommandé quelques adresses de restaurants où l’on s’est régalé ! Je recommande sans hésitation, et espère revenir l’année prochaine :)

Lovely flat, lovely owner! We stayed here as a family of four for a week in Athens and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location was so convenient, everything is within easy walking distance. There was a lot of choice for Airbnbs in Athens and I picked this flat for location, it’s balcony (wider than quite a few listed), and the fact that it has two bathrooms (with four of us, this was essential). Tatiana was always reachable, arranged transport to and from the airport, and arranged for clean towels half way through the stay. She also gave us a very kind food platter, which was so thoughtful. Couldn’t rate it higher!

We loved the house, very clean and beautiful! The garden is also very beautiful and Katia prepared for us everything we needed! She was very helpful and kind. We can't wait to come back! Everything was amazing!

I stayed for a month, and all in all, I have enjoyed the place so much. It comes prepared with everything you might need during your stay, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, machines and spcies. Dimitrios and his wife were very kind and friendly, they even offered me a ride to the place and showed me the local supermarket and shops. Since I did not have a car, they offered me a city bike that I can go to the center which was about 15-20 mins away on foot. Dimitrios was also very responsive to answer my questions and any problems I faced It was a good retreat for some peaceful and calm time away from the city life. A thing I did not particularly like, however, was that apart from the outdoor cameras (for security), there was an indoor one looking at the living room; while I am not sure if it was live or recording, it was definitely plugged in - I didn't appreciate the lack of privacy. However, generally, I would definitely recommend the place for booking

Ότι και να πούμε για το σπίτι και τους ιδιοκτήτες είναι λίγο. Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, βολικό, είχε τα πάντα από πλυντήριο ρούχων μέχρι μπατονετες. Τεράστιο χωρίς όμως να σε κουράζει. Με διαφορετικούς κήπους και επίπεδα, ιδανικό για παιδιά με παιδική χαρά στον κήπο, προτζέκτορα για ταινίες, μπάρμπεκιου, πλυντηριο πιάτων κτλπ κτλπ. Δροσερό, σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα, με τρομερό γούστο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες θα μπορούσαν να είναι φίλοι μας, μας φέρανε γι τα παιδιά φρεσκοκομμένα φρούτα και αυγουλάκια από τις κότες του παππού, άψογη επικοινωνία και είναι μακράν το καλύτερο σπίτι που έχουμε πάει 15 χρόνια ταξίδια με Airbnb και από ξενοδοχεία. Η τιμή είναι πολύ χαμηλή για αυτό που προσφέρουν. Ωραία αυλή με μια δροσερή μουριά να σου κρατάει σκιά όλη τη μέρα… ευχαριστούμε πολύ σίγουρα το μόνο κατάλυμα που θα ερχόμαστε στη σκόπελο είναι το δικό σας. Πραγματικά δεν χρειάζεται να πάρεις τίποτα μαζί σου ακόμη και με μικρά παιδιά.

My accommodation was charming and very comfortable.! The location was great, close to all amenities and very walkable. Alex is an amazing host, friendly, courteous & quick to respond . Overall an amazing place!! Thank you Alex!

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι και αρκετά ευρύχωρο

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγραφόταν και πολύ καθαρό. Ο κ. Νίκος ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Συνολικά, είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή και θα προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα σε όποιον επισκέπτεται την περιοχή.

Eξαιρετικη η διαμονη μας,αρχισε με πολυ ζεστη υποδοχη!ο χωρος ειναι αψογα εξοπλισμενος με οσα θα μπορουσε καποιος να χρειαστει κατα τη διαμονη του/της εκει!.Φωτεινος και ζεστος χωρος ,ανυπομονουμε να τον ζησουμε και χειμωνα με το ομορφο τζακι.ευχαριστουμε για ολα.Η οικοδέσποινα,η θέα,η φωτεινότητα,οι παροχές,είναι κάτι που θα θυμάμαι.Until next time..

Excelente anfitriona, siempre respondiendo rápido las dudas, el departamento tiene de todo equipado, desde toallas hasta aire acondicionado tanto la pieza principal como en el living. Nos movimos mucho en metro ya que teníamos una estación cercana y desde ahí te mueves perfectamente por todo el centro. lo recomiendo al 100%, es un departamebto muy bonito para 2 personas, tienes una buena cocina y la habitación muy amplia para descansar, sin ruidos y cercando a conexiones con el centro, de hecho nos fuimos caminando al ágora sin ningun problema.

I highly recommend Kostas's apartment . Kostas was answering quickly, the pool is great, not to far from the city. I will come back for sure.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Michalis et sa famille à Athènes ! Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécuritaire, à quelques minutes à pied des transports en commun et de très bons restaurants. L’appartement était impeccable : très propre, bien équipé, avec un nouveau jeu de draps à disposition et des serviettes disponibles sur demande. Le jacuzzi était lui aussi d’une propreté irréprochable — Michalis y accorde une grande attention, ce qui est très appréciable. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, ce sont nos hôtes. Michalis, Helena et leur petit garçon nous ont accueillis avec une chaleur et une générosité qui illustrent parfaitement l’hospitalité grecque. Toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions ou nous donner des conseils, ils nous ont même invités à partager un délicieux repas en leur compagnie. Ce moment convivial restera gravé dans nos mémoires ! Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et espérons sincèrement y reveni
