We had a one night stay due the ideal location close to the airport. Fantastic facilities and perfect hosts, highly recommend this place!

The house is very convenient to have a great time in Skyros. It is 100m from the beach of Girismata and not even 5’drive from Molos. It has shaded and cool spots all day long and offers a lot of privacy. In the neighborhood there are the tavern of Stelios, the bakery and a difference mini market. The location is very good for exploring the island by car. Very convenient for young children as it has an enclosed yard that offers safety and lots of toys! The communication with Mirella is excellent, generously offers all the secrets of the house and the island. It felt like home.

We had a very short but wonderful stay and wish we could stay longer. We didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area but the residence itself was perfect. The pool was great.

We had a very pleasant week in this house, and we didn't want to leave at all…. It is located in a quiet area, with access to a small private beach below that we found really paradise! The house itself is small but warm, comfortable and rather cool. Outside there is a small intimate and shaded terrace, ideal for lunch outside, and another larger terrace from which there is a beautiful view of the sea. The environment is quite green (lemon trees, fig trees, eucalyptus, olive trees...) and beautifully landscaped. The port of Néa Styra is only a few kilometers away, easy to access, and there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. in a rather family and typical atmosphere. It changes tourist spots... still provide mosquito repellents, because although the house is equipped with screens on all openings, they are a little broken in the evening. We'll be happy to go back! if you look for nice place with a lovely host to rest this is your place. You will have a couple of beach and restaurant at walking distance (5minutes) and nothing else so you do not have to worry about crowd or noise. we really spent good time here so i will recommend

Amazing stay! Wish we would have stayed longer, but we were heading home the next morning on a flight. They provided transfer to the airport which was so nice! Quick drive with lots of scenery. We enjoyed lounging by the pool after our long trip in Greece. And the bungalow was amazing. Quick walk to the store next door as well. We also walked to supper.

It's hard to describe how lovely Perseus House is. It's a simple, one room space and the interior is rustic but it's really well set out and comfortable and suited us very well for our six day stay. The outstanding element is the location, it's just stunning. There are three houses, the taverna and a tiny church. Perseus house is beautifully positioned right at the waters edge of the small harbour, with crystal clear, shallow water that you can plunge right into - we swam a lot! Paths and trails skirt the peninsula and the proximity to nature is amazing. Fish at the Taverna is caught in the bay, and utterly delicious. You will need a car as it's out of the way, but there is a small town about ten minutes away for essentials and more great restaurants. Thanks Dimitrious for sharing this beautiful place, we loved it.

We use this lovely Airbnb every time we come back to Skiathos. It's a granny flat at the back of a house with veggie garden and outdoor setting. There is a beach umbrella for you to use as well. The unit is a 5 min walk pass the marina to town with great bars and restuarents. The best thing it's very quiet at night as Skiathos is not a party island , mostly family and middle age people. You can catch the bus from airport only 3 euro's about 10 mins to town bus stop then a 5 min walk to unit. There is a nice size supermarket only 300m from town bus stop if you want to cook. The bus takes you up the coast to nearly all the beach stops so you really don't need a car. The marina has day boat trips to satisfy the Mamma Mia fans , great trips. The sea water is refreshing when we went in June the 4th-11. Make sure to sign up to Netflix, U tube or prime for TV use. It's great to unwind sitting at the front of the bars opposite the marina watching all the people go by. xxx

We stayed here after our flight being cancelled but wished we had stayed the whole time rather than the previous accommodation in Athens as it was so nice! We met the owner on arrival who was great! Very helpful and informative, friendly and welcoming felt very welcome. Everything was spotless inside and out. Short walk down to the beach where there were some nice restaurants and other amenities. Highly recommend!

This place in Agia Paraskevi was so spacious and beautiful. The price point was a good deal, and more importantly, we felt very safe. It was away from the hustle of Athens but close enough to walk to the metro 10 minutes away and take the train to Syntagma Square. Georgios and Erini were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and the amenities were unbeatable. We appreciated the full kitchen and the washer for our clothes. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Greece with family or friends.
