Holiday rentals with a kayak in Central Finland

It's a private farm with 4 houses and cabins, mostly used by Finnish audience only, which all share access to beach, nature path and other services. There were some other guests who didn't bother us. We lived in the former owners' house, which is not new, but very well equipped and livable. The mattresses could be better, but we can be subjective:) The nature is gorgeous, with mushrooms, berries, forest and a lake. The lake has clear water and entrance is sandy. Almost no mosquitos on our stay! We didn't use sauna or hot tub, but they are in place and usable. From fishing point of view we didn't do much because of kid, also because the waters are shallow in this area and you don't get much from the shore. If you want serious fishing, there're options within motorboat reach, which we saw use. The place features a dishwasher, washer and dryer, which was perfect for a family. Also there's something to do with small kid, like swing, sandbox and a sheep cabin. Thank you very much!

Kaikki toimi hienosti ja asunto oli siisti. Vuokraaja vastasi kyselyihin nopeasti ja selkeästi. Pieni miinus pienestä ja vanhahkosta televisiosta, mutta tähtiä se ei vähennä.

This is such a special place - we spent five peaceful nights at the cabin enjoying outdoor cooking/meals, cozy rainy mornings, kayak paddles, wildlife, sauna and swimming. It is rustic luxury and we cannot recommend it enough. We thank the hosts for such an amazing experience and sharing their beautiful place.

Kiitos lomasta. Vietimme 6 hengen syysloman mökissä; mökki oli meidän seurueelle juuri sopiva. Loma tarjosi maastopyöräilyä, ulkoilua, kokkailua ja pleikkarilla pelailua. Ulkoilualueet alkavat kirjaimellisesti ovelta, mutta himoskeskukseen pääset autolla parissa minuutissa tai kävellenkin vartissa. Mökki oli siisti ja kaikki toimi odotetusti.

Ihastuttava mökki upealla paikalla. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Viestintä majoittajan kanssa oli mutkatonta ja sujuvaa. Suosittelen!

A wonderful place and indeed a fairytale. We had the most wonderful time. The house is thoughtful decorated and every little detail is well thought. You will find everything you need. The boats are great fun. And the garden and lake is a treasure. Kirill is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back one day. Thanks for everything.

Schönes Haus direkt am See. Perfekt zum Entspannen und Natur genießen. Allerdings sehr abgelegen. Zum Einkaufen ca. 30 min. Sehr wenige Aktivitäten möglich. Sehr weite Fahrten. Pool kostet 50€ pro Nutzung und dauert mehrere Stunden zum Einheizen über einen Holzofen. Sauna ist super mit toller Aussicht direkt auf den See. Kommunikation mit Irma sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Ihana ja rauhallinen ympäristö. Mökki kodikas ja koko perhe viihtyi hyvin! Tynnyrisaunasta mukava pulahtaa järveen. Ulkoporeallas iso plussa ja varsinkin lapset viihtyivät siellä. Sijainti on sopivan kaukana kaupoista ja retkeilypaikkoja löytyi hyvin lähialueelta.

Kohde vastasi kuvausta. Ihanan rauhallinen paikka, täydellinen rentoutumiseen. Upea järvimaisema. Omistajan kanssa kommunikointi oli helppoa ja nopeaa.

Aivan ihana täydellisen suomalainen mökkielämys. Todellisuus oli jopa parempi kuin ilmoituksesta osasimme odottaa. Luonto lähellä. Hannes oli loistava isäntä. sängyt oli hyvät ja pimennysverhot joka ikkunassa takasivat hyvät unet. Savusaunasta kuudes tähti ja hiljaisuudesta seitsemäs. Tänne ois kiva päästä joskus uudestaan.

L’endroit est très agréable et calme, le chalet proposé à une très belle vue sur le lac depuis le séjour et la terrasse. Il a également un sauna privé, une cuisine fonctionnelle et très propre tout comme la salle de bain. Nous y avons passé une semaine au mois d’août en famille à 5 et ce fût une vrai réussite. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et bien vaillants, toujours disponibles s’il le faut. Nous avions également une barque à disposition et des cannes à pêche (les modèles plus sophistiqués de cannes sont à louer et il faut alors un permis si on utilise des appâts artificiels, permis qui sont faciles a acquérir via internet, même pour une semaine seulement et pour les personnes de plus de 18 ans et moins de 64 ans autrement sinon c’est gratuit). Il y a aussi un barbecue et un jeu de fléchette. Un peu plus loin il y a un jeux d’échec géant. Nous avons aussi loué des kayaks pour changer un peu de la barque et les enfants ont adorés. Un endroit parfait pour se déconnecter.

Meillä oli mukana pääsiäisloma Elinan tunnelmallisessa hirsi mökissä. Näkymät Päijänteelle olivat ihanat. Mökki oli tilava 8 hengen porukalle ja vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Palju kannattaa varata ja maksaa etukäteen! Niin saa sen joustavasti käyttöön heti loman alusta. Voisimme hyvin majoittua uudelleen!

The tranquility and beauty of the surroundings made this cottage a true paradise. There was no need to worry about anything here – everything was thoughtfully planned, and the cottage had all the necessary comforts. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful getaway in the embrace of nature. Five stars aren't enough – this cottage deserves a perfect score!
